You reakon depth squatting isn't too important for squatting for jumping strength? I use my bench as a depth guide, i don't get 90 degrees, maybe 70 degrees
Surely some spices can't hurt, though? There's not really any calories in spices. Where does the flavour come from? 😭😭 Either way, you can obviously handle the blandness, and what you're doing is working for you. Your dunk progress has been awesome to watch mate. @@arif.6466 8'1.5" standing reach. I've never officially tested my vertical. I weigh anywhere between 206-209 on any given day.

not sure exactly, probably anywhere from 28-33. also depends on what month on age 15
