Before I got old and arthritic, I had about as much lifting power as this guy but only had a measly 36 inch vert which only gave me an 11ft touch at 6'0 which is horrible by today's standards. Pretty sure you should be able to vastly improve your squatting power if you can only get 2 plates within a year which will probably get you well above a 40 inch vertical
