I'm a minimalist who loves motorbikes, real estate, and Thailand. Motorcycles and scooters because they're pure joy on wheels! Real estate because it gives me the financial freedom to live anywhere in the world. Thailand because it's incredibly easy to live a minimalist lifestyle surrounded by delicious food, happy people, and a culture that values serenity.
Over three years, 2017 -2019, I sold, donated, gave away, and threw away stuff, lots of stuff. Simplifying my life by removing doodads and distractions led to more freedom and happiness.

Honda scooters are the best anyway😊 i only drow 125-160cc. But Adv 160cc wad really amazing and i loved it in Thailand. So i want to get the 350 adv next time

I commented before and now I sold my ADV350 and I bought the new XADV. I have to say they can’t be compared because the 350 is a scooter and behave like one but the XADV is a Motorcycle that lookslike a scooter but don’t be fooled. Is nothing like the 350. More power, DCT, suspension, strength. The only thing similar is the looks but nothing else. If you are a biker then go for the XADV.
I like them both, but I'd choose the much more practical 350 for Thailand riding. If I had the same choice in the US, I'd go for the 750. Unfortunately, I get neither in the US. Lol
For me the 750 defeats the purpose of the scooter convenience, I can lay out the same cash I would pay on the 750 for a balls out motorbike..by comparison the 350 now that's right in the sweet spot..

Another good comparison! Personally I'd have to go with 350 but we don't get as hectic traffic here and I also love to go on open road whenever possible. That said, off-road capabilities would also come in handy. Love this bike - thank you!

Is that a 2024 ADV 160? The 2024 version claims to have more power using same engine as PCX.
It's a 2023 ADV 160. I haven't heard about more power for 2024, but that'll be great if it's true. The engine specs look to be the exact same as 2023.
@@JakeSnowLiveSimple Here in the states, all dealers have this in their description of the 2024: “There's big news when it comes to the world's most adventure-oriented scooter-because we've given our ADV160 a bigger engine for 2024. More displacement, four valves per cylinder, and our new eSP+ engine configuration (shared with our PCX) mean great fuel economy and plenty of power.” How true? I don’t know. Maybe they started it in 2023. Im no expert, just trying to figure out what I would buy in thailand. Thanks for your info!

In Thailand, a person can buy a new ADV 350 for $5,300 out the door. I've seen US dealerships trying to sell leftover ADV 150s at a discounted price of $5,500 out the door. I love living in Thailand. Lol Also, other dealerships in Thailand are selling the ADV 160 for $2,834, almost $200 less than I paid.

I've only seen a few Burgman in Thailand. I forgot about them. The storage compartment is small, and I think it's ugly. I'll do a comparison video if I can get one for a few weeks. Suzuki builds good motorbikes, I'll find one.
Pattaya food cost like $5 for a decent meal and they are stingy with meat. They give u a lot of rice and barely any meat
The places I go to often give me double meat, extra veg, and light on the rice. This last year, I ordered food with no rice. Within a few visits to a new place, they remember me and make my order how I liked it.
