Good video. Not sure what year your bike is but my 2019 RG Service manual calls for 90-105 lb/ft for the final torque on the rear axle.

Can a PV4 be installed on a 2022 freewheeler and newer.

Most complicated part you completely skip any directions… Totally skip the right side assebly…

Upgrading from M21 to M23 First observation: although my bike is not bought from America or Europe, I had to redownload the software because the hardware compatibility maps to Europe. Check your hardware version and find the appropriate software version for it from the website. Second observation, I did not know that my CVO has accessory mode 😂 and I had to search that. Use the button behind the controls enclosure of the left hand handlebar press it for a few seconds while the bike is switched off and the key fob is nearby. Third observation : it asked something related to the radio and USB and I didn’t know what it meant so I said yes, which caused the whole process to start again and reach the same stage so I clicked no and I guess it was done by then. The message reads: “Update to version M23.22.27.00 is complete. Radio and USB contain the same version. Reinstall? Yes/No” Any idea what this is about ?

We need to start including the “why” in these how to videos. Like why is it that you stop when you feel resistance? What is the consequence of tightening until completely tight?

I do that to mine and it does not engage. It's an 86/86 I ordered new plates and they came with out a spring plate. They said they did away with it. I had to measure the stack to make it the same. I can't get it to engage.

The Rinehart mufflers used be good sounding before. What happened to them? I bought the Rinehart 4.5s and honestly I don't like the sound. Too flatulent sounding as are the ones in this video. I also have aftermarket header pipes. There are deeper sounding mufflers out there like Tab or Kromewerks. Time to sell and upgrade. Nice how to video, though. Thanks.

Doubt youll see this can do you still jabe the plastic plate Holder? Was wondering if you coils measure The mounting hole distance i have an flht and everything says this wont fit. Inhave some Plastic clips inside the inner holes. I should have removed the whole directional bar and checked if i could screw them in

Add 28oz to the trans. It’s checked at room temp on the jiffy stand to be right between the arrows on the stick. Harley changed this spec due to pushing oil out. I have this exact bike and Merlot color. Check the HD TSB and don’t over fill it.

Trust me its a matter when not if the drain tube cracks and leaks on you.

2023 rgst....same issue with Long Levers. On mine the spring end can sit on the button basically seating it permanently. Obviously, it's not ideal. I can force it to the upper corner and allow the button to release but again that is not conducive.
