I haven’t played normal quick play at ALL since they added the 6v6 mode. I’m probably going to uninstall overwatch after it gets removed. I’ve never had so much fun queueing tank.

I don't have a Twitter I actually found 6v6 in the Arcade on accident only because I went looking for it when I logged in. As someone who never played the first OW game, even I'm having significantly more fun with 6v6. I don't want to play 5v5 anymore and I now understand why everyone is so frustrated with it. I agree at this point with the people that think they don't want 6v6 to succeed. Who announces this kind of change only on Twitter and from someone that most people are not even following? I don't even know who that dude is and I don't care; its move should of at least been an announcement somewhere.

They want 6v6 to fail. That way they can justify 5v5 being the only “real” mode. I got lucky, every 6v6 game I played I got a team to carry me. Didn’t lose a single game. Played 5v5 last night and lost half the games. I didn’t even look at arcade at all or even think to look there. Thank you. I will go back to 6v6

I'll never forget when Frogger was doing an end of season review video that was 40 minutes long and to prove how dead Low Gravity was he queued up at the beginning of the video... 40 minutes and didn't find a match. 😂

Like many others, i thought that they removed it. Once i saw it in the arcade, i knew instantly why they did it. There jealous and embarrassed its the popular mode. Also i checked out the que times for 5v5, and there all 1 minute que times for all roles 😅

I think because they have another test coming they're seeing if it can retain any interest in the arcade before they switch to the min 1 max 3 mode. Is it smart? I don't think so but Blizzard has never been good at comprehending data

I don't understand the point of moving 6v6 to arcade. If they are gonna remove it mid season for the min 1 max 3 format of 6v6, why not leaving it on unranked until that day? They are gonna remove it from arcade anyways when it lands. At this point they will have no excuse on saying that 6v6 can't come back, they recognize it was a success even when a lot of their player base are currently on Marvel Rivals.

IMO the most likely explanation is that they saw 6v6's success and moved it to the arcade because they know the arcade isnt popular, trying to bring population to the arcade

So the only valid reason i could come up with for the move to acade is that they had to make room in UR for the next 6v6 test (min 1 max 3). To my understanding, the 6v6 role queue test was supposed to end yesterday? So maybe they had it scheduled to load the new 6v6 test into UR, but keep it hidden (like they do with new heros before launch) so they had to move the 6v6 role out to make room.

Would be nice if they revamped the matchfinder. Have it be more like COD, have a category then you can select what game modes in that category you would like to queue up for. In the off chance I want to play arcade I don't want to wait in queue for 20 minutes for one game mode. Let me queue up for 5 different modes and drop me in the one with the shortest queue. Keep all unranked in the same mode and let us queue what modes we want. Maybe I don't care if it's 5v5 or 6v6 I just want to be put in something ASAP

I hate the Scarlet changes soo much, it’s basically all just to cater towards extremely low elo so she can be a noob stomper and easy character to play. But in mid to high elo, she won’t feel any different than now. There’s too much consistent healing, her drain will still just tickle people…Which is fine it’s auto aim. It’s just that her burst is just way too low which is the problem of her kit. It takes FOUR of her missiles to directly hit to kill a 250 hp character. Which is so dumb if you think about it because you need to charge it up with her drain, so she has so much downtime of having to charge it and the pay off isn’t even worth it. But other Duelists can kill 250hp targets in the same amount of time with their BASIC ATTACKS. It takes even less time to kill if they headshot!! And that’s not even counting in any extra damage abilities they may have…All they needed to do was to buff the direct hit damage of her missiles so at the bare minimum it only takes 3 direct hits to kill a 250 hp character. It’s legit a limited resource attack where you have to have PERFECT AIM, it should feel way more impactful than someone else’s basic attack..

They might have overbuffed Storm. Maybe it's because I play her a lot but I think storm was a pretty good B rank character that a lot of people don't know how to play and didnt excel in uncoordinated teams. And now they're going to figure it out and she might be a bit overtuned. A character who can peel, rush, change the breakpoints of a lot of character's killing potential, and (now) put out a lot of damage is nasty. In a coordinated team, I don't think I've ever lost a game with her and im in GM. Now? Maybe I'll get to Eternity.

Black widow dual pistols would be a nice secondary for close range combat, she can’t really do much especially with dive tanks and dive dps just shitting on her and her ult is super underwhelming it legitimately has the value of a mantis sleep.

the changes are ok all around, but the hidden spider-man nerf to his overhead/uppercut animation cancel really worries me that theyre going to be WAY more on dps' case than supports: just like overwatch, which was one of the earliest things that lead to that games downfall. praying they listen to necros and dont go through with that change before the 10th

A maybe ok change for hulk could be. Let him have a small jump that's consistent and comes up every second or something. Then he could charge to do a far leap or be able to jump around lile Winston otherwise.

At the end of the day, they know they can't do both, but they also know they messed up giving us a taste of 6v6 because now, we have more 6v6 fans whereas before it was 30-70 for 5v5. Now I genuinely think its 50-50 split or 40-60. They have screwed themself.
