Is it OK to have more pain after when doing these if you are extra weak in that area? I don’t know if it’s the shoes I’ve been wearing, but it all started out as Achilles tendinitis (and a small partial tear in right ankle) and very difficult to find the right shoes and now from doing chair cardio and moving my legs all over the place I have the pain in the peroneal tendons. It started out as stiffness and burning this past summer, and now it turns into pain. My podiatrist suggested your video. I went to a physical therapist twice and she gave me none of these exercises and then canceled my third appointment. She told me to get a walker and I refuse to give up yet. I wouldn’t recommend that woman to anyone. Your video is so much better
