No sir it's wrong that he is saying... it was because the dead body of miltants in early days were given to their homes..But after sometime approximately from 2022 ..the dead body of militants were not given to their parents.... the Indian forces when they kill any militant their body were burried in sites near borders of pak and ind ....this is the main reason why Kashmiri militant did not attend the funeral......
