I had the privilege to meet Mr Vivek Atray Sir few months back when we invited him to our university and it was such a pleasure meeting him
Amazing inputs....The bureaucrats of India are rated one of the worst in Asia....including the IFS posted outside India..The best power statement by an IAS officer " I can make Ratan Tata wait outside my Office"...
Now this is some good guidance available on TH-cam. Unlike many TH-camrs who are there to misguide Youth in the garb of providing Clarity or some Gyaan.

Sir thank you for this even like this type so many are there that I want to ask like - Despite so many candidates getting selected every year, the problems of the country are not getting solved. What is the reason that every candidate says that everything can be solved but why is it not getting solved? There are so many talented people who pass such a tough exam and so many leaders who make promises every year. Today the meaning of media has changed. The media which was created to listen to the problems of the public and show it to the whole country so that it can reach the government, today the same media runs after whom, sometimes an actress, sometimes an actor, sometimes a fan of a controversial leader and sometimes something else, but the thing that should be shown is that today there are many villages where quality water is not available, there are many villages where perhaps one does not even get food every day. And there are also villages where people have not even eaten vegetables for many days. Our media finds it right to show debates between leaders where leaders abuse each other but the media does not find it right to show how many problems are going on in the country so that the government can wake up and do something. Is this country backward because of us? Are we not the reason for this? If we want, our India can progress to a great extent. Talking about the water problem, there are many villages in the desert like Kaladera, Barmer, there are many villages which yearn for every drop of water. There are many IAS officers who have brilliant minds, why is it not being implemented, why is the problem still there? Now perhaps the difference between an IAS officer and a leader is ending where leaders make promises in front of everyone and the same candidate who wants to become an IAS puts his life at stake to show that he will solve this problem or that problem to get selected in the interview...
Hello sister as a fellow aspirant with very little knowledge and fair understanding i would like to tell you a potential cause for this
Unlike in the interview were you just have to comeup with a good solution in reality on the ground you have obstacles.
Obstacles like politicians, customs, seniority, egos to be overcome .Ofcourse positive factors like good individuals also exist. But it involves a lot of factors and will be a slow process.
I dont know if India will be the best but i can tell you for sure it will be better tommorow.
A handfull of honest officers grinding everyday will bring slow but sure change.I hope to part of that honest bunch and lets hope more people will join.
Thanks sir
Sir , Raise Voice for Justice with in a Year for last person of the society 🙏
Sir need an honest advice. I am preparing for civil services since 3 years now but unable to clear prelims. I believe i can do it but i have been adviced to go for something else by my close ones. I am confident as such on my preparation (though i have identified my lacunas per se and have started working on it) but scared to my guts as to what to do? I am confused. Confused because i am 27 now and i dont know what kind of gamble am i playing. Even i sometime question myself am i worthy enough for the job at hand? Am i capable enough? Do i have the right intention for getting into the service? From within the answer is always "yes", but i am confused about my current state. If possible kindly guide sir!
