Sir ji ! May i request some specific questions for colonel ji - 1. Once he retired, did he encounter PTSD and for how long ? PTSD is a major mental health issue discussed in USA and by most marines who get suicidal. Is this real from Bharatiya fauj POV. 2. Did he lose faith in people post/ during his service since his alertness level is high, his job calls for predicting negative developments? If yes/ no , how to handle that .... in normal situations ? 3. Since ParaSF always pushes body to the limits, did he ever/ what is his position on consuming narcotics or stress relieving medication or substances and has it ever impacted his performance/ training the following day. 4. Psychology says be positive in the face of adversity and control your emotions, what does a soldier undergo during high stress situations like battle - there is a saying that, once you kill, your emotions - there is no coming back... how does he feel about it, is he still capable of processing mental pain and bad feelings or is he numb and extraneous to the things that induce stress and anxiety. 5. Why does Indian army ops takes days together to complete (eg: 2 days to flush out patankot terrorists) , something which other country fauj does within a few hours (cinema influence). 6. Can vegetarians harbor the dream of becoming a fauji let alone, pursuing bigger dreams like paraSF. Can vegetarianism support a fauji lifestyle and if no, what minimum alterations are required in the lifestyle. 7. What is the most important prerequisite to become a fauji , in the transition from a civilian. Not sure if these questions are credible enough, but it's always great to know the heart of a fauji so, the civilians know exactly their limits and act within it's ambit for a better society , instead of distributing bhadappan around and creating chaos and anarchy when civility is the correct way. Thank you Sir! You are an inspiration.. it's a blessing we youngsters get to see these matured discussions, that show the right way.

Really a patriotic commando . I doubted firsthand looking his appearance. But finishing the podcast i realized i was totally wrong . He is polite , not taking credits but emphasising team effort task oriented, brotherhood that can take bullets for each other , being vigilant all time .. But most imp .thing that i learnt from him and want to incorporate in my life is -- i have to break the body , croosss the limits , pain doesn't matter but whether the task i set is done or not . .. Yes, In Army training your body and mind is pushed to the limits. I used to train myself since class 8 to join Indian Army. Starting at morning 3 at the ground with running 1.6KMs under 5.5 minutes, push ups, pull ups, then couple of full rounds of the football ground, climbing walls etc till 7AM. That was my routine till Graduation. But my parents didn't allow me to join Indian Army. I was more inclined towards Coast Guard for the everyday challenge day face which looked more demanding to me at that time. I didn't join the Army, but the training and the mental toughness and emotional control I have inculcated with those trainings are helping me in my professional life as a whole. The never get nervous and never break down attitude. Imagine what these people go through during actual training for years. They become machines. The good thing is that the pride is not limited to yourself as he mentioned. Its a team. 🙏🙏
I, as a civilian is always amazed by the SF personnel from Para, Garud, MARCOS. They are next level of human beings.💪 Part 2 is definitely required. Similar podcast also needed with Garud and MARCOS

great podcast, i have a suggestion that in the next podcast ask him question aparts from his military experience cause it is everywhere. We would like to know him as a human and the traits he has comprehended from his military experience. I mean we wanna know col. sir's personality and how he is apart from these combat and physical things because i am sure that combat, physical is surely a huge part of his life but not a full part of life

Yes, In Army training your body and mind is pushed to the limits. I used to train myself since class 8 to join Indian Army. Starting at morning 3 at the ground with running 1.6KMs under 5.5 minutes, push ups, pull ups, then couple of full rounds of the football ground, climbing walls etc till 7AM. That was my routine till Graduation.
But my parents didn't allow me to join Indian Army. I was more inclined towards Coast Guard for the everyday challenge day face which looked more demanding to me at that time.
I didn't join the Army, but the training and the mental toughness and emotional control I have inculcated with those trainings are helping me in my professional life as a whole. The never get nervous and never break down attitude.
Imagine what these people go through during actual training for years. They become machines. The good thing is that the pride is not limited to yourself as he mentioned. Its a team. 🙏🙏
I, as a civilian is always amazed by the SF personnel from Para, Garud, MARCOS. They are next level of human beings.💪 Part 2 is definitely required. Similar podcast also needed with Garud and MARCOS
