I am 38 years old now live in Himachal Pradesh. I was lucky to have been instructed for a short duration of 3 months in that gym in Hudson Lines , North Delhi when I was 19 years old. He taught me a superset of push ups to increase strength which was really unique. Wish him all my best.

Gahlot ji is a very unique person. He humble, prudent and extremely disciplined. A rare combination of qualities. Even by listening to him I felt so peaceful. Somewhere I read that isometric exercises increase explosiveness. Bruce lee use to do isometric exercises.
