You can use the same casing that you use for sausage the 32/35. They can help you over there! With everything you need!! Pleas let me know how that turns out!!

You are absolutely right if you don't taste your food, you're not a cook. I'm from the old school. I know how to cook and bake from scratch. I always was in the kitchen with them. I was taught by the best, my mom, grandparents, aunts and uncles. They were awesome cooks never measure. Food were delicious. Not to pepper or salted. Family and friends aways tell me I need to get my own business in cooking. Because you don't get that old fashion cooking anymore. Keep on cooking.

Hey Captain, how about taking off the rings, watches, and bangles that have been exposed to the dirt, viruses, and bacteria for weeks. Those things do not even clean up when washing your hands. OR, at least wear gloves up to your elbows.

I love living in Texas, but I wish I could eat everyday in Louisiana, I'm going to make a smaller batch and I'm going to try to do it like this, when you grind is it a big grind or a small one?
