@@3Delite028 I get the wiring right. But the temp still won't go up. Tested the heat sensor by burning the heat block with lighter, the temp in rex's display goes up. But when I set the temp like 50°c or more, the temp won't reach. It stays at 31-34° I am going to replace the heater catridge as my last resort. If it still not work, I don't know what to do 😞

Flat PET may involve lot of calibration and arrangement. Since i used Bowden tube extruder it may be difficult to get pass through. I used 2mm diameter filament first but was not going through Bowden tube then i got 1.5mm hole this worked well. Let me give it a thought 🤔 if i can work something around that.. Thank you 👍🏻

The list is just approximate number of nut bolt needed. If you are planning to buy it than buy 30-50 hammer nut M3 size for connecting components to main frame. And additional normal nut bolt for other places. I have been using nut bolt available with me so i the list is not accurate. But i will make sure to provide accurate bill of materials in future. The file says: EasyMech 1000 mm 2040 4 V/T Slot Aluminum Extrusion Profile (Silver) ---- Quantity 4 ---- (To be cut into 500mm length or as per requirement) But the machine has 6 2040 profiles and one 2020 profile at the top. Could you give me this information? Thanks again! I'm close to having everything I need.

Hey bro 7th profile can also be of 500 mm length No need for 420mm separate profile. As this can be mounted on the top of two vertical profiles. If you use 420mm you have to cut it separately and there may be some accuracy issue. And this is mounted in between two vertical profiles. But if you mount it on the top then 500 mm profile can be used readily. And more more this If you cut profile try to make set of profile which are parallel and cut them by 🗜️ clamping them together. Make set of 2+2+3 (i mean join two 500mm profile by clamp , then cut it from both side repeat this for other two and lastly join 3 profiles by clamp and cut it from both ends) This way you will have accurate cutting of profile that are aligned parallel to each other..

@@3Delite028 you already have. the large 3d printed axis brackets with provisions for the lead screw and linear rod are brilliant. definitely using that design. but i wonder if the lead screw isn't painfully slow. if you had to do it again but get more speed out of it, maybe a belt drive, probably not. ballscrew would be really fast, but also really expensive...

This is not that slow. Feed rate was slow since i was testing it for first time. Ball screws are ultimately best choice quite expensive though. In Next project perhaps i will go with ball screws.

This is due to incorrect wiring of stepper motor. There may not be any issue with stepper as such. Some motors have different terminal may not connect directly, you have to switch some wires.

Its available in the configuration.h , In printer configuration. There are many types of printer which marlin supports.

I haven't tried making corexy yet but, i will definitely make it in future, after couple of projects.

Right 👍🏻 😂 The good thing about orca is calibration tests (i haven't done yet😅) and tree supports, but now its available on Cura also with latest update.

@@3Delite028 tree supports have been with cura for a long while, they just changed them somehow now in 5.4. But yes the built in calibrations are great on Orca! Unfortunately the results only apply if you use Orca. Ill have to slice calibrations in Cura if i want to use Cura lol. For example of i run a flow test in Orca and get my flow perfect at 90% , the test will be perfect at 94% in Cura using the same known settings.
