Hello! I have watched dozens of videos on how to assemble a machine and I want you to know that your process is the best I have seen so far!
In the list I have doubts about this item:
19- Set of M3 X 8mm Bolt and Nut Set-25 pcs.
Set of M3 X 10MM Socket Head Cap (Allen) Bolt and Nut-12 pcs.
Set of M3 X 20MM Socket Head Cap (Allen) Bolt and Nut-12 pcs.
Set of M3 X 25MM Socket Head Cap (Allen) Bolt and Nut-12 pcs.
Set of M5 X 12 MM Socket Head Cap (Allen) Bolt and Nut-12 pcs.
Set of M5 X 8 MM Socket Head Cap (Allen) Bolt and Nut-12 pcs.
They are hammer nuts, right?
For example: ""Set of M3 X 8mm Bolt and Nut Set-25 pcs"" would it be 25 screws and 25 nuts? or 12 screws and 12 nuts?

The list is just approximate number of nut bolt needed. If you are planning to buy it than buy 30-50 hammer nut M3 size for connecting components to main frame. And additional normal nut bolt for other places. I have been using nut bolt available with me so i the list is not accurate. But i will make sure to provide accurate bill of materials in future. Your comments meant a lot to me. Thank you 😊.

@@3Delite028 Thank you! I am reading the xlsx and I see that the data for the total profiles is missing.
The file says: EasyMech 1000 mm 2040 4 V/T Slot Aluminum Extrusion Profile (Silver) ---- Quantity 4 ---- (To be cut into 500mm length or as per requirement)
But the machine has 6 2040 profiles and one 2020 profile at the top.
Could you give me this information?

Hey bro 7th profile can also be of 500 mm length
No need for 420mm separate profile.
As this can be mounted on the top of two vertical profiles.
If you use 420mm you have to cut it separately and there may be some accuracy issue. And this is mounted in between two vertical profiles.
But if you mount it on the top then 500 mm profile can be used readily.
And more more this
If you cut profile try to make set of profile which are parallel and cut them by 🗜️ clamping them together.
Make set of 2+2+3 (i mean join two 500mm profile by clamp , then cut it from both side repeat this for other two and lastly join 3 profiles by clamp and cut it from both ends)
This way you will have accurate cutting of profile that are aligned parallel to each other..
