Muscle cars have torque, these lack it.
Sounds awful, no low end torque.
$83k, you've got to be kidding, right? I love Jeeps (I own one) but that price is double what they are actually worth.
An average of 7.5kwh/100km is amazing.
Everything is made in China😂
Give it a V6 again. The EcoBoost doesn't sound as good.
shame to Toyota all any comparison always last position alwsys loossr 😂😂😂 Mitsubishi Triton athlete is always in front number One champion in the world,,many many country testing comparison blog Mitsubishi always the winners, Ford ranger second best😂🎉🎉
Got my 2024 Eclipse Cross PHEV just this 6th of December, coming from using an all petrol car, been using it daily in short 7-10 minutes drive to work to where I'm currently renting, and I thought I had a faulty car because I kept hearing wind noise on my side and had constantly been opening and closing the windows to try to resolve the issue. I've used a lot of cars, my favorite being a Mitsubishi Lancer '95 and never had an issue with wind noise. When you mentioned that fact during the review, I guess the wind noise is pretty standard.
The worst electric car I know. I’ve driven now 45k kilometers with it and will never buy an MG anymore…….. The software is rubbish, driving aids are undrivable….. Range is insufficient for “long range”…… No heat pump…… App makes contact with central server instead of the car, and is at many times unreachable…… There is no built in timer for pre-heating…… And so on, and so on…….
I'd import one with the Power Controller or Hondata ECU Flash. This can go from 64ps to 100ps, 0-100 in 9s. The S660 can do 0-100 in 7s too
Is it any good? Should I buy PS OR wait for new PAJERO SPORT
Bought one today, can't wait to start driving it next week!!
That is simply awful. Yes, if you have a Mustang you need a V8. And you really need a manual. If I wanted a 4 banger I'd buy a BRZ or MX-5. There's no such thing as a 4 cylinder muscle car. It doesn't matter if it's reasonably quick. No V8? No Mustang.
Loved every second of that! Thanks for the joy you've brought us this year. Merry Christmas :)
Because as Mustang isnt a Mustang without a manual trans. And because Ford sucks and no longer offers the exoboost with said manual trans. Yes, you need a V8..... With a 6mt
Sweet, I have a 2.5 and it isnt pretty under the hood like this❤
Really interesting engine this. It has nothing in common with the old Focus RS 2.3 or the old Mustang 2.3. This is the new Ford MPC (Modular Power Cylinder) engine, which is the same family as the 1.5L 3cyl ‘Dragon’ EcoBoost in the final Fiesta ST. Considering how excellent the 1.5L is, this new MPC 2.3 should be very nice.
Wet timing belt?
Shit Box. I have 5 litre V8💪💪💪
Rest in pieces, rubber! Thanks for a great year of content 🤘🏼

You're a nut case 😂 in a good way 👍
Does this mean you will be at Summernats on the Sunday ??
The 10 speed makes it quick 😆 the engine is some garbage 🗑
All bargain, low km demos available at your nearest dealerships. Except the Falcon GT 😝
The asx 😄🙏
Bret the 10-speed has weird ratios, remember this transmission is used from Mustang to Ranger/Everest, various F-series trucks and in the North American market for Explorer, has a super short 1st and 2nd gear and then wide 3rd through 6th and 7th is 1:1 while 8, 9, 10 are all over drive gears, also I think final drive (diff ratio) is 3.45:1 so trying to go back to 2nd gear is not worth it also the transmission has built in lag (safety) and with the turbo lag and then torque curve building power in the mid range 3rd, 4th and 5th are pretty much all you need on a twisty mountain road. The Mustang Turbo would be so much better with 6-speed manual (with that mid range torque curve from 2,000 to 4,500rpm) but no one was buying them so Ford just made then all auto for the Turbo spec.
That makes sense. Thanks
Good review - looks good. Can you tell me if the cruise control goes in only 5 km increments?
I've said for a long time most Stellantis vehicles are actually really desirable. It's just a shame reliability is such a crapshoot and that the customer support is so appalling. And I know, I used to work for a dealership with multiple Stallantis brands. It's a crying shame. Hope you feel better now Brett!
Pricing??
עדיין צריך V8
Cool video I like the video split you did on the drag. Good stuff!
@@Winnspeed Thanks!
Yes, i need the V8
"Here we go again....!!!!
would this put New Santa fe to shame ?
too heavy
Great stuff mate, growing to really like your reviews, keep it up 👍👍
Yes.. just like you need a V8 in the Mercedes C63.
Agree
Agree also except a c63 is a stupid idea In our holiday town we call them cars for bling brains they just go shopping in them😅
Similar performance numbers to a i30 Sedan N/Sonata N Line
Lost me at driver monitoring camera
The figures achieved for this 2024 Ecoboost are about the same as 2020 Ecoboost, so no real improvement; 0-60; 2.98 vs 2.73, 0-100; 5.56 vs 5.58, 60-110; 3.37 vs 3.63, 1/4 mile; 13.93 vs 13.78. But a real big significant difference is in the braking, 34.73 metres vs 38.29 metres. 34.73 metres by the 2024 Ecoboost is an excellent result. The 2024 Ford Mustang (S650) GT manual achieved 35.88 metres. Just for context, the 2024 Toyota GR Supra GTS manual was 36.63 metres, and Lotus Emira was 36.87 metres.
Noiced the Hilux is hauling half a tank of fuel less than the Triton. No matter how hard you tried, you couldn't out run the Cicadas noise.😂😂😂😂 The hard core Tradies are starting to drive Cab Over Hinos and Isuzus. The over priced Show Ponies show up in Amaroks, Rangers, and Hiluxs.
I know the coupe goes like a rocket with the eco boost but the mustang is not the sort of car you buy with a 4cyl mustang like SS Commodore and XR8 with a 4 banger and will hurt resale value
I would say more bought the XR6 Turbo over the 2002 to 2016 period than XR8. as for Commodore, they did offer the SS V6 Supercharger option for a while.
Nearly a decade ago i purchased a new Hilux cab chassis. The price on the used Hiluxes was ridiculous. Having owned two Tritons previously their resale does hurt. Theres a long list of people after my Hilux. Its ridiculous.
I'm all positive on this. As the engine will make a great donor. For a Escort mk 1 / 2....😉😃
el interior es horroroso y los plasticos.
This car is for sale,,carefull owner never raced or rallied😂😂😂🇬🇧

Odd comment that Australians don't go for city cars. Don't you have cities in Oz? Small cars are always great in my opinion.
@@Buffalohump77 Yes we have cities. But even so small cars are not that popular. Sales are quite low compared with other segments, such as SUVs and utes.
@@drivingenthusiastaustralia Same here in S. Africa.... I've long wondered about it.

Does your X3 30D X-drive suffer from the Centre Diff issue when doing a 90Deg turn left or right like at intersections, it binds up and shudders and makes the car like hop as it fights the front to rear drive...
No. That sounds like a centre diff lock or something? How many kms on yours?
@@drivingenthusiastaustralia - did it from brand new.. BMW new the X3 & X4 do it, but pretended the issue did not exist. we had to sell it.. we did talk to some of the mechanics in the dealership and they said numerous people had the same issue, so it was not "uncommon" - Thanks for your reply, best wishes for Christmas and the new year.
