I think it's one of the biggest issues in our world from the micro to macro. the twisted form of care it's not really care, it's control. true care will feel like a sharing not being taken from. our culture is one of incest, whether overt or covert and it murders the self. and we also usually blame one parent for the incest to save one parent for us growing up , but in order to be independent I think we need to see that when yin is toxic yang is too. I say this because I have issues with this deeply in my family, and have had to come to realize how much I did the same thing in my own way when trying to "help" people, and I'm happy to say I'm working on it day by day. Like last night (reason I'm here) I was going through some of the worst pain I'd ever felt vomiting and feeling immense pain and anxiety in my heart to the point it was like I was vomiting so big and loud it was like when they expel demons in supernatural , and anyways scared the shit out of me, I felt (like I have before many times) like I couldn't do it, like I needed to call 911 like I was a failure that God was abandoning me etc, and I said no this is an opportunity to say I will be there for myself and it ws hard but Im alive and I told myself if I die that's god's/my will in that moment and to fully accept that and not be afraid; and I said yes, IF there is a time when I feel it is in alignment with my will to call the police ok, but in that moment I felt it was time to overcome that feeling that I need help always,, (me personally).Because that is what has been ingrained in me from birth as all of us I think that we need all this "help" e.g doctors therapists etc, (I am not saying that there aren't good ones but that I thin the good ones are the mentors (like I feel Ralph is or I wouldn't be here) that help you get back to yourself and being able to be in your full power, whereas you see ones that sneakily seem like they are helping but they really are using you whether they know it or not because they aren't in touch with themselves either and they get caught up in "helping" others.

I feel like iv lived thousands of lifetimes …. And I feel jaded with humanity . I’m tired of watching humanity repeatedly destroying itself , one civilisation to the next . The same rise and fall . A few self entitled … power hungry Families building up a monopoly of power across the planet 🌎 and another civilisation Repeat’s the same cycle until it end in social and environmental degradation . The earth cleanses itself every 12000 year’s or so 🥱 and the game starts over . NO THANKS . It heartbreaking for me to watch this again and again . My husband was severely emotionally damaged in childhood like a car that's been put in a car crusher, just a box shaped heap of useless metal. I've painstakingly been undoing the crushing, but in the process have been crushed myself. It's like we're slowly trading places.

Thank you very much Ralph!!!! I want to be 100% sure if my huge issues are ascension symptoms or the issues Dr.Steven R. Gundry writes about in his book Tha plants paradox:The hidden dangers in "healthy" foods that cause disease and weight gain. These symptoms are the same as ascension symptoms. I have been a vegetarian/vegan in 50 years and always been able to eat my food without having great problems with IBS in my stomach. Now I can not eat anything and my body doesn´t work at all. The pain everywhere is awful. Will I ever been able to come back to life? Why are some of the lightworkers have more issues than other?

I am not claiming to be anything, but I will be 80 in a few days. I have never been lonesome or depressed. If I have time for either of those, I can fill it with volunteer work or another online college class. I was born with Dyslexia and Congenital Aphantasia. Both have given me gifts that a normal person would not have. I was kicked out of church at eleven for asking too many questions. At 13 a teacher suggested to my Parents that I be tested to see how smart I was, because he thought that I thought I was smarter than him. That was not so. I hate his class and it was something I would never use, so I considered it a waste of my time. Two and a half days at a known university, told my teacher and Parents everything they wanted to know. One of the professors at the University doing the testing spent time explaining that a high IQ does not necessarily show you are smart. It more accurately shows you are a good thinker. That advice has served me very well. My educational background is in law, psychology, computer science and finance. I am world traveled. I created and ran two companies for 20 years. At the age of 68 I retired and left the U.S. for The Andes Valley of Ecuador. I have always believed everyone has a place in which they belong. You know it without doubt when you find it. I am an only child and although I can be social, I prefer being alone. I constitute more than 3 people as a crowd and I avoid crowds. I fear for this planet because of all the people lacking education. The country in which I grew up was once listed as #1 in the World. Now it is barely hanging on at #3. The people living there still think as programmed, when at present the outside World laughs at the stupidity of the people in the country. This makes me sad because I grew up there and had a good childhood. But as I left my teens, I started to see that things were not going in the right direction. Where females were mostly programmed to settle down and start a family, I saw that as a dead end. I wanted to see the World and meet the people and I craved more education in areas that would help me see and experience the World. Because of my years of work with many problem personalities, I can spent 15 minutes with someone and tell you a lot about them. I am disappointed in the human species. It is capable of so much and settles for as little as possible. And I do not think anyone knows what respect is any more. I worked on A.I. many years ago when it was first being introduced. You have no idea what A.I. is going to do to this planet and it is all way beyond stopping. It will clean the oceans and the air and humans will be working for A.I. because it is so much smarter than the majority of humans.

Dear Ralph, thank you once again for your discussion today! I am almost 72 years old, and am trying to put an end to my old life where I have had to constantly live in fear of men. I have been stubbornly working through my personal growth, spiritual growth etc, but at present am seriously afraid that I won’t find the safe home I need. As I listened to your talk, it became more and more obvious to me that I need to increase my faith and STILL do more work on my self belief! I have learnt patience, but now I’m truly fearful of what is going to happen ( re somewhere to live. I fought the system to get justice for myself, but it’s possibly that same system that wants its pound of flesh! Do I just continue to be the best version of myself that I can, and pray for Faith ? I’m getting very tired now, but I’m desperately trying to hold on. Dear Ralph, I recognize what you are saying, you and many others go through turbulence too. I recognize my inner child in my fears and criticisms and in ( often contradicting!) advises my mind suggests to me often... I start to see now it is my fearful inner child and I am learning to welcome her to go with me to my heart. My feelings don't escalate or intensifies than as you describe ( maybe they will some day,) but I feel gratitude for welcoming my inner child, walking it home. Love and peace .

I'm an old soul and couldn't agree more with every point. Since I was a child, I have felt that I'm observing earth "from above" where I just know and understand everything on a level no one else does. Cause and effect (causality) is so clear to me and I just always know how every other single person acts and reacts and why.. I kind of also feel a higher purpose, but at the same time just don't know if it's worth the time and energy to try and change things. Being an old soul has "made me" and Intrivert and I always fall in the category of Sigma male. We go our own way, kind of separate from all the rest. This whole thing doesn't in any way imply that I'm better or more worth than all the other humans. I just see things so clearly.

Every day bleeds into each other so rapidly now. I do sure hope this isn't going to be our future "ascended heaven"! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Ralph, I am so grateful for this video. Please share the Shamanic prophecy regarding time acceleration and the name of the documentary on the universe expansion. I would love to learn more. For years I have experienced time speeding up and have spoken about it to almost everyone. Until recently, no one seemed to know anything about it. More information is now surfacing on this topic. I have been extremely sensitive and aware of time compressing and wondered what happens to us at zero point. One thing for sure I now know I’m not going crazy as this is a very real phenomenon. Thank you I had a difficult time earlier this year trying to learn to be less critical of my life choices and the experiences of childhood. I had to learn to let go and forgive not only myself but the people who misunderstood me so inflicted mental pain on me. I have now come through that but it took time a good 3 months. I am now a lot happier.

I met a girl which I hadn't seen in a realy long time. When we met we discovered that we had so much things in commen. The entire day was just so easy and smooth I developed a scense of feeling very comfortable with her. After we departed though the communications stopped pretty quickly and she didn't seem intrested in maintaining contact any more. This triggered some very core wounds of feeling not accepted for who I am, going back all the way to my early childhood. It reached it's peak yesterday where I felt totally numb and overwhelmed by emotions. At that point I went within and asked myself what I should do to ride out this wave as smoothly as possible. The answer I got was "nothing". And that is what I did. I just laid there and felt the emotions rushing through me untill they fatigued me so much I fell asleep. The dreams where simularly about people using me for my resources and then casting me aside. When waking up though I could feel more emotional space. I did ride out the wave and a few hours later I felt space to move and to be myself again. I hope to have healed at least a small part of what seems to be a core wound. Thanks for the great video Ralf. You always seem to be quite on the money for the themes I'm going though in my life. Your videos are super valuable!

Talk and talk and talk and talk and say absolutely nothing

I seem to be prodominantly in stage 5. But there are layers of all going on. I've never heard anyone else acknowledge that we lower and raise our vibration depending on who we're dealing with. I've been shamed in the community for doing this. Not that i really care any more. I definitely feel more stable, no matter what's going on in my life. Or what people's opinions of me are... sometimes i get triggered, but i accept this as an opportunity. Thank you

I am at that point mentally with the Eagle but instead of breaking my beak or shedding I just want to let death take me. I see no point in this current life and this current iteration of time. Life just feels like one eternal battle.
