Yapss.....Sometimes I feel so tired of living in this world. I have used all my energy to share and help others.. I feel like I understand everyone but no one can understand me...

I'm not sure if I have been reincarnated, but I do regard myself to be an old sould because I have had alot of traumatic events occur in my life from a young age, so therefore have wisdom to share to others.

something I think I found is the difficulty of feeling disgust for me and how deep it actually runs, and that that is why I am throwing up and my anxiety exists (at least in part) , because I can't feel the disgust when it rises to my heart from my stomach, it feels like I'm having a panic attack where you don't know what's going on because you are avoiding something....but last night I did ....and I felt the disgust in my heart and it told me some things I couldn't look at before, and the anxiety dissipated and I felt better immediately, I told myself my inner child, over and over," let your heart feel the disgust" "let your heart feel the disgust" and it really helped me....and I could cry....I don't need to tell you all with the rape of humanity that exists, where that disgust came from, I think you can come up with plenty of examples, and find the ones that you are also repressing...because we all harbor repressed disgust- I feel perfectly confident saying that. I find that sort of mantra helps with any emotion, like you can say "let your heart feel the fear, etc" and by heart you also mean inner child. But to understand that correlating that with bodily emotions....your inner child does sit in your heart chakra so in conjunction to not be afraid of feeling any bodily sensations that arise in that area at the same time.

It seemed i reached the understanding my responsibility was my thought, words and deeds but that seemed rather simple. Too basic. Is there more?

The ‘energy’ number I’d assign myself is very high in the mornings. And slowly wanes to very low by nightfall. Not physical energy or mental. It’s more fundamental- life energy is a good description. I started getting up at 1:30ish AM each day to take advantage of this fact. But by 11:00 AM, I’m just about spent, capable of doing nothing that requires any effort. I didn’t used to be this way. Tried dietary changes and had a doctor checkup, but no help. About to watch the rest of your video, hope it’ll have a suggestion I haven’t tried yet.

Thank you so much for reminding me about things that drain my energy🙏 I have had a good friend for 6 years and yesterday she only complained on each phone call and towards the end of the day I was very drained. So I have decided to gently nudge her into looking at life’s blessings. If she keeps reverting to complaining, then it may be time to eliminate our conversations.🙏❤️

Wonderful well-expressed thoughts Ralph. Vielen dank! Though your message is for all ages, I find as I've transitioned into my elder years, too often I feel envious, bitter or regretful. Though I'm healthy, active and engaged in part-time work in my community, there's a feeling of listlessness in the background. Some of this feeling is because there's less of life ahead of me than was perceived when being younger. I can't go back in time. Your message is in perfect alignment with what I also now realize; that I have to respect and set boundaries for others and for myself. That there are things I can afford to let go of. That I must replenish my energy, step away and spend time in nature, reading or meditation. So that joy will enter my heart again and have a home there. I, and many of us, know this is what we need to do. Verbalizing it is important. The proof is in beginning to do it, even in small steps.

As an adult I really have had difficulties in combineing "normal" life with spiritual. As a Christian, I truly believe that being “born again” is also reincarnation. I feel like I am from several different eras and this is my last. I am so exhausted and every single day is just torture. I just want to go HOME! My 2 year old daughter is an old soul as well and she is the only beam of joy in my life. I’m married to a man who truly has NPD and I’m in spiritual warfare nearly every single day. After 10 years of marriage, he’s finally going to a therapist. It’s extremely painful to live like this. I think it's one of the biggest issues in our world from the micro to macro. the twisted form of care it's not really care, it's control. true care will feel like a sharing not being taken from. our culture is one of incest, whether overt or covert and it murders the self. and we also usually blame one parent for the incest to save one parent for us growing up , but in order to be independent I think we need to see that when yin is toxic yang is too. I say this because I have issues with this deeply in my family, and have had to come to realize how much I did the same thing in my own way when trying to "help" people, and I'm happy to say I'm working on it day by day. Like last night (reason I'm here) I was going through some of the worst pain I'd ever felt vomiting and feeling immense pain and anxiety in my heart to the point it was like I was vomiting so big and loud it was like when they expel demons in supernatural , and anyways scared the shit out of me, I felt (like I have before many times) like I couldn't do it, like I needed to call 911 like I was a failure that God was abandoning me etc, and I said no this is an opportunity to say I will be there for myself and it ws hard but Im alive and I told myself if I die that's god's/my will in that moment and to fully accept that and not be afraid; and I said yes, IF there is a time when I feel it is in alignment with my will to call the police ok, but in that moment I felt it was time to overcome that feeling that I need help always,, (me personally).Because that is what has been ingrained in me from birth as all of us I think that we need all this "help" e.g doctors therapists etc, (I am not saying that there aren't good ones but that I thin the good ones are the mentors (like I feel Ralph is or I wouldn't be here) that help you get back to yourself and being able to be in your full power, whereas you see ones that sneakily seem like they are helping but they really are using you whether they know it or not because they aren't in touch with themselves either and they get caught up in "helping" others.

My husband was severely emotionally damaged in childhood like a car that's been put in a car crusher, just a box shaped heap of useless metal. I've painstakingly been undoing the crushing, but in the process have been crushed myself. It's like we're slowly trading places.
