the funny thing is they only blow up because people tune them there actually stronger than a 7.3 and a 12/24V but they make so much damn power when tuned the components can’t handle it but look it up the 6.4 is stronger than most engines in every way

Why’d you remove the dash? Are you putting a newer model dash in? If so, what’s the newest dash you can install that’s a simple plug and play? Thanks for the video

I’m wanting to install the 05-07 dash in a 04. I realize harness is not the same but I want electronic a/c and integrated brake control, auxiliary switches. Any advice or recommendations?

Dp tuner is custom tuning to exactly what you need .hydra is good generic tuning but will not always work on all set ups. I'm had all of them. Hydra had little problems..now dp tuning for past 8 years. Truck pulls like a freight train with big turbo and all the mods I have

Thank you I have been looking all around for a video showing the installation of an 2000 to 2010 The only other one I found where They had a mcNasty kit donate it to them by McNasty and the majority of the mountain park they forgot to hit the record button and left me with more questions than answers but you answered all the questions in minute detailsI have to rewatch it to see if you cut out around the lights in the hood mountain bracket

Thanks so much for your write up and the video jimmy, I did all this last night and everything worked exactly, on your write up you did mess up a little on the "later production" module bypass, you accidentally added 2 lines at the bottom with wrong color/pin, or accidentally typed them in twice or something, but no big deal!. just wanted to say thank you. I am doing a full interior swap and man it has been a pain so far but its getting there.

Ziggy, I have a 2001 f350 crew cab, I want to put doors from my 08 f250 on my 01. I want to just use the 08 pigtails and splice them to my 01 wiring harness, would that work fine? also where did you find the pinout diagrams you showed? Thanks man for any help!

7.3 sucks 6.0 for life!

That’s a resonator. It’s all the 6.4 needed because of how much the DPF cuts down the noise.

Do you still own this citicar because i may have found it in a abandoned gas station in north jersey, i see that you are also in jersey from the plates. EDIT: Im 99% sure its the same one at this point, hood was painted and a few other things but same imperfections and construction.
