How many stitches did you cast? And what size of needle did you use ?
I casted on 38 (for the M size) and used 6mm needle for the main parts and 5mm for the ribbing.
So cute 😊😊 ❤❤
Thank you 😊
Cute!
dat is damn cute!!!
❤
That's genius 😮
Wow that looks complicated
It is! But it was fun to knit
Pretty color, will look good as cardigan i think
Is the ciaogoo set worth it?
I'm considering buying it because I want to start knitting and people say not to waste money on cheap needles
I've only been using it for 1 project, but I think it is pretty good. So far I still prefer my hiyahiya sharp. I will make a review soon. It you're staring out, I think it is better if you get 1 specific needle size for the project you want to make, you can complete the set later on if you ended up enjoying knitting. I started with cheap bamboo needle set and in my opinion they are not bad as starter needles. It only feels terrible after getting used to the more expensive/comfortable needles and going back to using the cheap ones. Hope this helps! And hope you have fun knitting :)
@ thank you so much
Wow the silky mohair color is really good, it will make a good lacy top imo The silk will be perfect for cumulus tee! I think the dusty pink yarn is cute, please don't dye it
Yes the silk mohair is very lovely 😊 Thank you! Cumulus tee did cross my mind for the silk, I do have a couple of other ideas, but since I have loads of silk yarn I will have get a few projects from them. The dusty pink color is really not my style in person unfortunately 🙁 I'm afraid I will need to dye it to love it
and the purpley/blue silky mohair would look so good as a little bell sleeve top, or maybe even a skirt to pair with a white yarn! i really cant wait to see what you come up with :D
Omg yes!! Thank you for the suggestion, I will definitely consider it 🫶🏻
those mohairs are so gorgeous!! i think either the red and yellow could both work, but personally the red compliments it better! its awesome you got to support a local business with their closing sale
Thank you 😊 I ended up using the red mohair
The way your cat just lets you slide it away 😂 cute cat!
Yeah she’s used to it 😆
Small needles hurt my hands 😢
Same! I don't usually feel it if I only do a few rows. For me the pain hits when I knit half a sock non stop using 9" circular 😂 it's important to take frequent small breaks 😊
This deserves way more
itu benang apa
Saya pakai benang alicia dari aneka benang, komposisi benangnya 50% wool dan 50% polyester
Wouldnt it make more sense to have bought a pattern ? This already exists in several places. Petite knits mans zipper sweater pattern seems to be the most popular at the moment, its identical to what youve just spent so much time inventing.
I enjoy the challenge of knitting something freehand 🙂
Oh my it fits like a glove
@@AndreaLee-ud8mu yes it does!
😍 gorgeous
@@mawir2 thank you 💚
I can relate 😂
What is blocking?
It's treating knit garments either by wetting or steaming and "forcing" them to shape better (open laces, defined cables, or just the shape of the piece in general). Usually they then dry in the shape that you force them to 😊
Great job, beautiful!
Show us how to block? 😊
Please only block your cloths and not me 🥺
What is blocking? Beautiful work!
its how you treat finished lace/knit/crochet. To block clothes: soak in hot water, then pin into position to dry, or drip dry. To block lace: do the same thing but add cornstarch to the water
Thank you ❤️❤️
@@zbee3694so did she stretch it when wet to lengthen it?
@penzo1110 yes, you stretch it a lil if you need to adjust the shape, often pinning it down until it dries and holds new shape permanently (I see now the other commenter already said that about the pins lol)
Beautiful
Thank you 🩷
What's the pattern please?
Pattern in Fouetté Cardigan by Celiné Feyten, it's currently in testing but will be out soon! Keep an eye on it, the pattern is great 😁
@@JaneWirawan thanks!
❤❤❤
I wish 😂
You are caping
🦁
Shorter length might look better imo
Yes! I think so too, I'd probably just wear it with belt :)
I was looking for this thank you so much!
@@Sash80 thank you 😊
@@JaneWirawan what yarn do you use?
@@Sash80 i used acrylic yarn for this :)
Beautiful and your tutorial was very informative. Thank you.
Thank you! 😊
Ooh the buttons are so pretty 🤍
Thanks! I love them too 😊
I'm learning continental but it's not working that great 😢
Ooohhh love the colorss❤
Thank you so much ❤️
Lolll
Hello! I have been absolultey stuck on the front panels as I feel after armhole shaping and neck shaping it says I should have 21 stitches total (I keep ending up with 30). When you reach armhole shaping are you still doing the neck shaping decreases every 4th row?
Maybe I'm counting it wrong? For example when we start neck shaping: Row 1- ptog neck shape row, 2, 3, 4 (neck shaping), 2, 3, 4- ptog (neck shaping) OR is it Row 1- ptog neck shape row, 1, 2, 3, 4 (neck shape row), 1, 2, 3, 4 (neck shape row).
Hi, which size are you making? If I'm not mistaken it should be size 1 (bc you mentioned that you should end up with 21 sts) Hopefully this can help. So before any decreases you should have 44 stiches, then you start to dec for the neck shaping (-1, so you have 43). This will happen in total 15 times (the pattern says rep 14 more times, so it's in total 15 neck decreases). 44-15=29 While decreasing for the neck, you need to start decreasing for the armhole after 38cm, so you do BOTH neck and armhole decreases. Row 1 -4 Row 2 no dec Row 3 -1 Row 4 no dec 29-5=24 Then you repeat row 3 and 4 3 more times (-3, so 24-3=21) Let me know if this isn't clear enough!
@@JaneWirawan OMG thank you for the response! Just making sure I am reading the Neck shaping portion correct. Your stitch counts are MEGA helpful!!! Just making sure I'm reading the pattern correctly... Neck shaping for left front panel: Row 0- Decrease 1 (43) (btw did you P2tog when 13 stitches left or 11?) Row 1 Row 2 Row 3 Row 4 - Decrease 1 (42) Row 1 Row 2 Row 3 Row 4 - Decrease 1 (41) Repeat until 15 inches (38 cm): then I start neck shaping AND armhole :) Is this correct? Maybe I'm over thinking but it would help me soooo much. TYSM <3
@deborahchan7345 for the neck decrease I did it when I have 11 sts left, so 1 sts before the wide cable and the first purl of the wide cable will be purled together.
So good i from Indonesia
Terima kasih ❤️
a crochet hook for cabling is GENIUS
Love love love it. ❤
What's the name of the yarn? What size yarn and hook pen?
I used 3.5mm hook, and the yarn is from a local yarn shop in Indonesia called Aneka Benang (yarn: sakura cake yarn)
@@JaneWirawaniwhh okehhh terimakasih💓💓, ternyata orang Indonesia 💕💓
@@alifadebyaqila iyaaa hehe terima kasih jugaa 😊
Happy Birthday Dad!
What type of blades does the machine use tho? Can you get them anywhere?
I'm not sure about the type of blade, but I'm sure the manufacturer made a refill blade because the blade is removable. Sorry I can't be more helpful..
Love the new video styleee! And the catsssss...
Wow that's a lot of cats! and happy birthday to your dad! Hope he liked the gift it was so thoughtful 😊
A nice oneee 😍
Good job!
What dize is this. Beautiful
It's fitted to me but I didn't follow a pattern. I'm usually using S or XS if the sizing runs big.
