I hand sewed the zipper, the thought of my knitted fabric getting caught on the sewing machine is just too terrifying for me 😖 I didn’t want to risk it 😄
Baste securely by hand first. Then sandwich the sweater between sheets of tracing paper or disolveable fabric stuff (forget what its called but sewing shops sell it for quilting and machine embroidery and it washes away completely)
Wouldnt it make more sense to have bought a pattern ? This already exists in several places. Petite knits mans zipper sweater pattern seems to be the most popular at the moment, its identical to what youve just spent so much time inventing.
i think that this is your best so far!!!
Looks really good!
your videos are very inspiring, I think I will knit it soon!
thank you very much!
Wow! I'll have to give this a try some day. I love the way it turned out :)
Thank you very much 🥰
Very beautiful! You might benefit from doing Judy’s cast on method, or the “double brim” method that pink knits has on TH-cam. For the collar that is!
OMG Yes! Now that I think about it, it would be better to use Judy’s cast on. Might try to use it on another project 🥰
Beautiful! Nice tutorial ❤️
Thank you! ❤️
How did you sew the zipper? I’m worried about stretching the knitted fabric too much even with the walking foot

What dize is this. Beautiful
It's fitted to me but I didn't follow a pattern. I'm usually using S or XS if the sizing runs big.

I enjoy the challenge of knitting something freehand 🙂
