I like the backyard amenities but the inside of the home although very nicely done - is also not my style. Specifically, too much shiplap and marble. 2 textures that can contradict each other if done too much. But always the best video production style around - I watch these to get ideas and the way you and your partner produce it is better than productions who probably have 10x the budget. Keep it up, Sierra & team!
Yes I really like this one wouldn't change a thing inside. Outside I'd get rid of the fake grass and get a fruit tree or two. I can't live with that grass probably toxic too. The fad is such a backwards step. sorry rant over. I still want the house
Nice house and all, however, I find the basketball court to be incredibly offensive to the neighbor. I imagine all that noise at such close proximity to the house next door. It would be so irritating to live next door to this house.
Beautiful, except for the front of the house which makes it look like a cottage. I wouldn’t Pat more than $2M for this house. I appreciate it, but would never buy it. Too much use of the same materials inside, room after room, but the porcelain in lieu of stone is beautiful. (Did I see bars on the front windows of a $3M home? No, no must be wrong……)
4 million and they coudn't afford real grass. The front of the house is also ugly. Looks like a massive parking lot. Its not a drive through mcdonalds... its a house ffs.
Being that Los Angeles is going the way of San Francisco due to an ever increasing homeless population and DAs that are soft on crime, I wouldn't buy it for any amount of money. California is doomed, and I can't wait to get out!!
