This video was so good, had to reply. I am the one who mentioned doing the area around the home, perhaps a local cafe. This was exactly what I pictured. Excellent work by the team as well. My personal opinion is this channel is about you, your personality, charm , beauty and sense of humour. Although the house itself is what the show is reviewing for the audience, they are really tuning into you showing it. This video gave us a bit of reveal of you. Keep it up, like where your channel is going. House was great but I was glued when walking thru the streets. Brought back memories from years past visiting friends.

I really enjoy tours on “smaller” houses, there are some stunning and really big mansions out there, but this type of homes are more cozy and I definitely can picture myself living in them lol 😂

other than the way the elevator looks, i absolutely love the floor plan and overall layout of this place and how the living areas are elevated. i’m definitely a hermit and don’t like many windows(natural light; yuck lol) but this was really nice~ hahah was there much noise coming from the street? seems like a more busy neighbourhood, not that that’s a bad thing, but in case someone was a light sleeper. i really like the kitchen and living area, too! i’m bummed out that your guy’s channel hasn’t gotten the recognition it deserves yet :c i’ll admit i’ve missed out the past 4(including this one) but i’m going to watch them all now! i started watching these real estate channels about 3 years ago and for real, for real, this is my favourite. and i know i said this before but editing and everything is just so good. it’s like a perfect mix of casual and professional, but the montage bits also have a sort of tv show feel to it(it reminds me of the show, “suits”, which i love 😬). i know i’ve also mentioned this before but i really hope this channel takes off so maybe you can consider a vlogging channel or something because you have such great vibes c: btw, your shoes are fantastic and you totally have a superhero name 😝
I understand. Well-you can hang some drapes or blackout curtains! There was some noise when on the rooftop deck. However, we could hardly hear anything inside the house; definitely quiet enough for our voiceover. Being a light sleeper who wears earplugs at night, I would say it passes the noise test. We love how honest you are and the support you show us! Thank you🙏 we hope to eventually be as big as the other home tour channels. Thank you! My shoes are from “Chinese Laundry”. Thanks for posting/sharing. I really like this home; especially its size (not that big). The kitchen was nice and again, as it relates to size - not too big, not too small. I really like the roof top deck area - privacy is the thing. I would not call that main bedroom balcony "private", but it's a descent size so ....there's that. :) And thanks the info about the snake plants. I'm not a plants in the home kinda guy, but I might look into one for what its brings to a home. And women can be snakes too. I'm just saying. :) Again, thank you. Cheers!

I only say this because when you arrived on the main floor it was dark and I prefer the daylight to see a home. Anyway your videos are so good!

I really like this home; especially its size (not that big).
The kitchen was nice and again, as it relates to size - not too big, not too small.
I really like the roof top deck area - privacy is the thing. I would not call that main bedroom balcony "private", but it's a descent size so ....there's that. :)
And thanks the info about the snake plants. I'm not a plants in the home kinda guy, but I might look into one for what its brings to a home. And women can be snakes too. I'm just saying. :)

Great video! I have one suggestion (it’s only my opinion obv).. even if you are a very beautiful and talented professional, I personally prefer to see more videos of the house rather than yours .. I only say this because when you arrived on the main floor it was dark and I prefer the daylight to see a home. Anyway your videos are so good!
