How much this car and where I from phone number please
The Accord and the Taurus were battling each other for best car, but in 1997, the Toyota Camry ended the battle and became the best selling car in America and has been for 27 years with the Accord only beating the Camry for only a year, 2001.
A manual 4wd lever was an option as well, honestly I’ve seen more with the manual lever than I have with the button.
I love my 2004 Lincoln Towncar Ultimate L🥰
Christopher Moltisanti’s Lexus :))) Amazing car by the way !!!
I lived through the rise and fall of the Saturn brand, mostly through the network TV ads, kind of scratching my head. This assessment of the phenomenon that was Saturday definitely jibs with my threadbare memory and elucidates
Jay Leno said it best...Nader had nothing to do with the Corvair's demise as it was proven later to be as safe as any other vehicle. It was the huge sales volume of the new Mustang that ended the Corvair.
Thinking about buying one of these
12:08 well gee, let’s think about this for a bit⚫️🏀⛹🏾😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
What about GMT 400 C/K 1500 454 SS I’m pretty sure that didn’t have a GVWR of 8800
I have both ls430 and ls460 both are excellent, ls460 is much more powerful
I too thought this was one of the most fluent and coherent commentaries I’ve ever heard. Some quality in the delivery made almost every sentence easy to follow ( and I have quite severe tinitus) What helps is that I too have bought an LS 400, a 1999 version in Toyota blue and Suffolk leather interior. It replaces my Rolls Royce Silver Spirit, which I loved for different reasons, though ultimately gave slight anxiety over what would go wrong next! The Lexus at 120,000 miles engenders great confidence and every aspect dealt with in this review is born out by my experience. Possibly my final car, though tantalisingly an LS 430 with even lower miles may be in the wings. A dilemma in the making indeed!
I had a 93 LX with a 5.0 Loved the car except it was deceiving in how fast you really going
You lost me at the "Mazda built truck transmission" I figured it would have been the M5 from the Mustang GT. I also am disappointed to see all of the dashboard cracks. That was common in 70s and previous vinyl dashboard vehicles, but I thought they had fixed that by '89. Junky plastic interiors, never a good thing.
I LOVE my 2005 Lincoln Town Car - Signature - and have been coddling it since buying it used with 15,000 miles on it in 2010. Now at 170,000 miles. Unfortunately, the rear differential is crapping out on it, and it's impossible to get parts. Any suggestions? If it weren't for that issue, she runs great!
Are these things reliable?
The guy should never have said they never break or have problems because that’s a flat out lie.
Yeah I mean you have to give some creative allowance for story telling but these cars are incredibly trouble free. I drove that car in the video 100,000 miles with very little maintenance and it was already old when I got it. Never even a check engine light. I upgraded to a much newer LS 460, paid a ton of money for it, and it's a great car in its own right but it's already had more problems than that 400 ever had. Relative to all other cars, and I've experienced a lot of cars, the 400s just don't break. Also saw your other comment about timing belt issues and cheap material and I think you're totally off base, I've never heard of or experienced any of that. With regards to leather cracking, I've seen it in some that were poorly taken care of, but mine was over 30 years old when I sold it with no leather cracking and a ton of miles. Sorry I don't normally reply to comments but I have to defend that car, I drove the stew out of it and it exceeded even the highest expectations.
lol there’s cards absolutely wear out. They have timing belt issues, and they also use cheaper material inside. The leather being the worst culprit as it tended to age faster and crack and tear sooner than other luxury cars of the same era. Other than that they were fairly solid reliable cars indeed.
I honestly prefer the W-3 Body 06 Impala or 04 Grand Prix then a brand new honda lol and I drive both a grand prix and a honda
I feel like I saw this for sale in Montgomery, AL about a year or so ago.
Cool story, thank you! I remember touring the place as a kid (back when that was a thing). Is Jerry from Ole Tyme Barbecue still the governor of the Vinegar Territory, or did Duke get that too?

91' LS400 138k. And my teenage son chose it over a 2009 MDX. So I'm in the MDX. But one day I'll get it back and drive it to the grave. Great Video. I also Like the 3rd gen Maxima Video. Timeless cars from the 90's.

I had this exact car, yr, color, 5spd. Only mine had the stock wheels and black interior. LOVED that care, wish I still had it or could find another one in decent condition.

I got my first 720 for free. Two new tires and brake pads and I drove it two years untill I put two more new tire on it. Then year 3 it tried to kill me when the carb stuck in wide f**king open. New Weber and it was back on the road. I also put new wires and spark plugs on it. Year for I got a caviler and it sat in the drive way and mice went to town in the cab and it was so bad to drive because mouse sh! T was flying everywhere. So I bought a 4x4 720 and used my old one for parts until I scraped the old one. Sold the 4x4 a year after. Now I want a another one. Best truck ever if you keep the rust, and mice at bay. My first one had the outline in the bed of it originally having a 5th wheel at one time. These trucks are actually build heavy duty for a mini truck. Lots of lugs, big brakes and they take a beating and ask for seconds.
Ahhh shit look at tha muthaphukin wheels!!!
You talk too much dude just show the truck
I love my 2005 Lincoln Town Car!

I prefer pre-facelift head lights.
Comments from a young pup. 😂 Obviously this car has seen a lot of ware and is not representative of what it was like when new. These in their original form were as quiet as an empty church and silky smooth, looking at the dash you can see the aging from the sun. Materials break down and loved old cars are normally cared for. In its day this was a very lovely car. I'd love to have a Super Coup and a garage to use to bring it back to new.

I love my 2010 manual 2.4 !
I just purchased a 1993 Accord wagon cb9 , Ex.. with only 62k miles carfax approved.. it's a Arcaidia green, with tan cloth interior, .. super fun to drive especially with the sunroof open...
Keep lots of oil, a head gasket kit and some cooling fan belts in the trunk
Great overall explanation 👌
