In this video I discuss deadlifting bars, particularly the Texas deadlift bar and the pros and cons vs typical bars found in local gyms. Is it worth it to train with a deadlift bar?

    Hello, i had a quick question if by chance you still read the comments. Did you have to solder the wiring harness to the power cable that came with the cable included in the stereo? I saw the link you posted in the comments for the wiring harness shows the cables on the backend not attached to anything so that's why I'm asking. And if you did, how do you know which cables on the wiring harness go on the power cable? Thanks for the video btw.

      Hey, that’s a great question, if you are running this in an a 2007-2011 Aveo then you do not need the additional red wire, that is added for some other model vehicles that have the same plug type but the accessory wire is ran separate. If you go back to the link for that adapter and scroll down to the owners manual located just under the”what’s in the box” it brings up a good diagram of the wires and how they should be connected. I hope that answers your question.

    Hopefully this doesn't sound like a dumb comment/question. Isn't the DL bar kind of "cheating" by flexing a bit so that you can rise to a slightly more advantages position? Wouldn't a stiffer bar at he expense of a higher DL help you squeeze more strength benefits by ensuring you lift the full weight at the beginning of the rep?

    • @rickysreviewsandhowtos
      @rickysreviewsandhowtos 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not a dumb question at all, the problem with the stiff bars and having all that resistance at the beginning is that you are in the most vulnerable position at the beginning in turns of injuries, all the world deadlift records are set using a deadlift bar( including Eddie halls 500KG which was done on the same Texas deadlift bar as the one I have in this video, only his was not black zinc, I think it was just the bare steel version)

    From my experience if you put at least 4 45’s bumper plates you’ll get decent bar bend but if you can’t pull at least 5 plates or one may argue 6 plates you won’t be able to get the full benefits of a deadlift bar.

    3:50 - This is completely untrue. Driver count does not automatically change the sound, the quality or the resolution. Some extremely well regarded IEMs use single or lower driver counts, all part of the design process and tradoffs. Multiple drivers are used to overcome the short commings of certain driver types (especially balanced armatures), and in the lowest cost bracket like KZ as a marketing gimmick.

    • @rickysreviewsandhowtos
      @rickysreviewsandhowtos ปีที่แล้ว

      Separation of sound frequencies through multiple drivers is nothing new to the audio world, from studio monitors to the highest end car audio and home audio speakers, they all use multiple drivers for sound frequency separation. Many of the most well regarded IEMS have drivers from 2-6 drivers per side. But if you want to use a single driver style IEM because that’s what you like then by all means go ahead.

    • @rickysreviewsandhowtos
      @rickysreviewsandhowtos ปีที่แล้ว

      Now I will agree that once you hit a certain amount of drivers it definitely seems like a gimmick, for instance 12 drivers per side seem redundant. But I still think the KZ iems are better sounding than the shure 215 for under 100 dollars. I’ve used them weekly for over 3 years now and I still stand by that.

    Question my friend. What about speakers for the rear doors? The Altima has speakers an all doors?

    • @rickysreviewsandhowtos
      @rickysreviewsandhowtos ปีที่แล้ว

      We didn’t do anything with the back doors on this car so I’m not sure if this year model had speakers in the back doors. I personally owned a 2018 Altima and it had the holes for speakers but none were put in from the factory and I don’t believe any wiring was there so I had to run speaker wire. Unfortunately I never recorded any of that instillation. I will say that unless you have people in the backs seats often, having speakers in the back doors doesn’t often add much to the sound.

    • @rickysreviewsandhowtos
      @rickysreviewsandhowtos ปีที่แล้ว

      @@hannibalgenial7938 you would need to see if any speaker wire is already in place, if not you would need to run wire to the door (this can be harder than it sounds depending how the other wires for door locks and window controls are ran and not something I can explain in a message) if you remove the door panel and see wires then you can just connect the speakers, if you have to run wires then you would connect them to media player (radio whatever). Aftermarket stereos usually have four pairs color wires for speakers each pair has a solid color and a color with a strip, these colors are green, purple, grey, and white. Here is a article with wire coloring. If you still have a stock radio then you need to look up the wiring diagram for that year and model.
