Parashat Shelach 5783: Getting Back to the Garden
ฝัง
- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 30 ก.ย. 2024
- The sin of the spies’ slander against the Land of Israel had devastating effects throughout the generations, but the very same Torah portion also gifts us with a toolkit for fixing the spiritual damage at its root…and ultimately, recalibrating our path back to the Garden of Eden.
The portion of Shelach (Num. 13:1 - 15:41) is read in the Land of Israel on Shabbat, 21 Sivan 5783 - June 10, 2023
The portion of Behalotcha (Num. 8: 1 - 12: 16) is read in the Diaspora, outside the Land of Israel on Shabbat, 21 Sivan 5783 - June 10, 2023

SHABBAT SHALOM rabbi from India
I never really thought about that. A whole generation never got to experience the whole Torah. As they never entered the land, where much of the Torah is applied.
Dear Rabbi my sincerest of sincere thank you for your trust, kindness, tenderness, Knowledge , inspiration, wisdom, understanding, compassion. and perspective. So much depth and dimensions, truth, and in-depth details. So much beauty in Judaism. The Torah is everything to me. I love and cannot ever live without. Holy and Precious L-rd of the Jewish People. Beyond words and limitation. Praying for the third temple soon and the Mosiach. Peace on earth. I may never see it. But I know it shall come into being. Peace and Love. May peace and tranquility always be in your path. Amen
Very exciting how the concepts are woven together in this shuir. Toda Raba. Shabbat Shalom.
