In this class, we're combining shoulder mobility with strength training. These two elements work together to create a stable foundation for balanced and controlled movements.
We'll be focusing on understanding this combination across various asana groups, including standing, forward bending, seated, back extensions, twists, and inversions. By integrating strength and mobility, we'll develop a sense of safety that brings calm confidence to both body and mind, allowing us to connect on a deeper level.
