I cannot 100% guarantee that this will not result in a ban, however, this is what has worked for me for months, I haven't feared a ban since then. However, please make sure your sysNAND has nothing of the following, because if you do, I can assure you you WILL get banned:
- Games obtained through illegitimate means
- Games which have been modified (don't install mods on sysNAND)
- Cheats enabled in online games
You can however still use any homebrew app, unrelated with the things mentioned above (i.e. overclocking tools and other overlays and Homebrew Menu apps).

How do you install apps onto sysnand cfw since it's separate? I have a ton of bad stuff on my emunand, so I definitely don't want that carrying over to the sysnand cfw.
hello, i already updated my fw to 18.00 and hekate, and have a sysnand mmc installed, but in the sysnand i cant play online cuz it always show error says "a system update is required before you can proceed" did it didnt update the sysnand too? and is it save to update the fw on the sysnand?

No te banearán, ni siquiera si usas overclock. Pero asegúrate de tener los "juegos mágicos" en la emuNAND y no la conectes a los servidores de Nintendo en la emuNAND.

I have pirated games on my hacked switch. If I boot into sysNAND using the same sd card, will those games carry over and woll i be banned
@@mr.mrs.catato Just make sure the pirated games aren't installed on the sysNAND. It's fairly easy to notice.

Hey i accidentally updated my switch and then it was showing the switch logo for too long so i forced shut down it and now i cant play my sysnand. But i can access the jailbreak one but i cant play online can you help?

No sabría decirte yo amigo pero te recomiendo que si tú sysnand está en modo incógnito hicieras todo el proceso desde cero

Yes, it's not perfect. Still happens to me, frequently. Try using Google DNS or a Mobile Hotspot.

Hi, Is there any method to directly boot to Official firmware without fiddling with the boot menu? I am lending my switch to my friends, and they have no idea how to work with the boot menu
You can configure auto-boot on Hekate. That way it will directly boot into sysNAND or emuNAND, whichever you choose, without entering into Hekate. You can still open Hekate by pressing volume minus (-) on boot.

La sysNAND es la partición de nuestra consola que generalmente es la original, la que usabas antes de haber chipeado o modificado la Switch. En ella puedes conectarte a los servidores de Nintendo normalmente e incluso usar CFW Atmosphere en ella para hacer overclocking y otras cosas homebrew. La emuNAND es la partición de la consola que se hace una vez la consola ha sido chipeada o modificada y es la que generalmente se usa para usar el CFW sin ningún tipo de límites, y es la que no se debe conectar a los servidores de Nintendo.

To open the Homebrew Launcher you have to open a Switch software by pressing R+A. You may also open it in Applet Mode by opening the Photo Gallery.

Thanks for the video, I heard from the site switch hacking is easy that having tinfoil installed will get your system banned. Is that true? If so, I’d like to delete it. The only thing I want to do is give myself the Hylian shield at the very beginning of SS HD without doing that boss rush near the end.

@@songoku9348 Tinfoil should only be in emuNAND. What you're trying to do with SSHD can be achieved through cheats with Edizon. Learn how to download the cheats with All in One Updater.

@@urimell1204 en caso de Fortnite y Apex Legends si es nativo y no se necesita más. Hay otros juegos como el Zelda TotK y Doom que necesitan mods para poder funcionar mejor en 60 FPS.

Du musst das Programm, welches die Server blockiert erstmal von der SD-Karte löschen und dann den Ordner "hosts" in SD/amosphere/ löschen dann sollte es wieder funktionieren (ich weiß, dass dieser Kommentar schon 1 Monat alt ist)
