Oh my! The first segment of the squat and press just about killed me! LOL. I'm sweating buckets and feeling that workout all over. It's been a while since I've done a 60 minute class. This is exactly what I needed to end my weekend and start my week. Thank you Gayle and Chris!
I actually started to wimp out during the first set, so I paused it and read some of the comments. Soooooo, I turned it back on and made it through! Oh, and for your pumpkin banana bread, dust your pan with cinnamon sugar before you put your batter in. Makes an awesome crust! And, I LOVE the laughter! Let it rip girl. Thanks for keeping us on our toes!!!❤
For the first time since finding Chris I didn’t feel like working out this morning..but I felt so guilty that I got up and did it. WOW rough at the beginning but I made it! Thank you Gayle & Chris! You are my inspiration Chris 🥰❤️
The one piece of advise I give people is when you really really don't want to do it, just commit to starting it and give yourself permission to stop if you just can't finish. I can count on one hand the times I allowed myself to quit, guiltfree. The times my brain finally let my body get the work done is countless. Then I feel twice as good about doing it. Good on you for doing it when you didn't want to!
Phew! Another toughie! Gayle rocked it! What a week of challenging workouts :) When I started this I was still a wee bit sore from Monday's total body 😂 I appreciated you mentioning the option of weights on thighs for the squats! 🤗Thanks Chris for all your hard work in putting together such awesome content for us.
Wow and I thought the Arm and Leg challenge last week was hard! Thank goodness the intervals were only 3 minutes. I like that I can use my rebounder for some of the cardio moves like the jumping jacks, jump squats and kicks. What fun! You create such a rounded program and there is something for everyone. The challenges really help me with my anxiety because you really have to focus to get through them. Thanks again from Allentown.
Wow, that was a workout to jump back into normal after a holiday week! I was right with Gayle every step of the way! In the tabata I alternated high and low moves for a great and challenging workout! Thank you Chris and Gayle!
I really enjoyed this! I love the combination of weights and cardio. With my knees being problematic at times, I kept the cardio to low impact and then added two pound weights for a little extra oomph. The weighted portions were challenging and also good for cardio. Thank you for this workout, Chris!
That was challenging in the best way. Struggled with the 1st and last round the most. But the hour flew by. Thank you as always. You are the very best!!
Wow! Burner from the first set with shoulder/ squat combo. Admittedly was loudly “woooo-ing” intermittently throughout the hour to push thru. Great music and even better company with you and Gail made it doable 😊 Thanks for another great session

Oh my gosh after the first sequence with the squat presses etc, I thought there's no way I'm going to be able to do this workout! But I kept at it & absolutely loved it!! Am sweating soooo much & have shaky legs, burning abs & racing heart! Awesome class Chris & Gail Thank you so much! ❤❤

Thank you Chris and Gayle! This workout was tough but I agree Chris, 3 minute rounds are better than 5 minutes. I pushed through and I felt awesome once it was over. I remember how packed gyms are the day after Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. Since I was away, I actually didn’t exercise the day after Thanksgiving. I ate leftovers and figured I would eat better and get back into my exercise routine once I got back on Saturday.

Sooooo, I'm an idiot. 😂 I just discovered this awesome channel, and have done a couple of the easier workouts (which is such a relative term) as I'm getting back into shape. This morning, i thought, "I'll do the newest one that Chris just came out with, but I'll chunk it up into 15 minute segments".....: alas! I forgot that i drank yesterday and ate way too much for my frame.... And have had a rolling stomach all day..... 😅 So, the 15 minute segments have become 5 minutes each within the 15 minutes. I'm halfway through at this moment and relieved to read that this one is strenuous for a lot of people. But no regrets! So happy to have subbed to this channel and I'm looking forward to more workouts!!!!! 😊❤ Thank you!!🎉🎉🎉
Gayle really impressed me on that first round sticking with 12s and 10s the whole time. I had to drop to 8s. Nice all the time? Your critics clearly don't hear the comments you make about me, lol! I remember when I first started following you: most of your classes were 60 minutes and super challenging. I noticed a definite change in my physique. The last couple years I've gained some weight and not felt as fit, and it could be perimenopause or aging or eating more but what if it's the shorter classes? Anyway, thanks for this ball buster, loved it!

A must try workout for everybody ! 60 minutes seemed daunting but with the way Chris structured it, time flew by. I did have to go down in weights and even drop them at times, but with guidance , I kept moving with proper form! Thanks, Chris for a keeper!

This is a workout that demands endurance-but once you get going and into your zone, it flies! Boom- 60 minutes of an all-encompassing, full body, post T-giving workout. It's an absolute must.
Holy Moly - not the actual phrase I used - but I can't use the profanity! I loved everything about this work out and would love to see more of this format - it pushed me to finally pull the pin and do a monthly subscription - I am in awe of the effort you put behind your workouts. I am OCD with my Spin Class (I am a Spin Instructor) but you are my absolute go to lady for other classes. As always - thank you.
