Another great combo today! The step part was really fun. My arms were still feeling it from workout #2 so I had to lighten up my weights. I can’t believe you said you would get a thumbs down. What a great positive workout! I sweat all my problems away :) this is an easy to follow basic step class, but keep your towel handy because you will need it 100%. The strength segments made it more challenging and rewarding. Loved it! Thanks Chris for having me over, it lifted up my entire day ❤❤❤
Loved this workout. My 80 year old mom was watching it on the couch while I was doing the workout! She said that was a great workout when I was done! Nothing like motherly encouragement! 😂

Chris, 🎉I honestly didn’t want to workout today and was tired 😢and grumpy! But my mood immediately changed within a matter of minutes with this workout. The “slight” mistakes were minimal and it was FUN ❤!!! We are our own worst critics. 😊this was honestly my fav step w/weights.
These just move so quickly...poof 45 minutes is up! Really liked the number of moves for each segment, too. Shoulders were feeling it! I can't imagine how difficult it is to teach a class! I am always in awe of your ability! I really, really appreciate that you are always on beat too. I can not do a step workout no matter how good it is if we are on the wrong foot! A special thank you for that!

LMAO on this one. Loved it as always. This was me last week teaching my step class. I only had 4 hours sleep because we have a new puppy and I couldn’t cue for the life of me. I just told them I was making up shit and we were going off road. Thankfully they’ve been with me for so long they didn’t care. ❤

Thanks, Chris & Nastia! Step & strength are a favorite of mine. I did this wokrout with no risers and was unable to get up w/o my hands. I then added a single riser and discovered I was then able to get up w/o using my hands.
I modified this to fit into my lunch break by skipping past some (not all) of the strength parts. I really love the 5 min/3min format - it seems to make the workout fly by!

This was great!! I m just back from a 3mos foot injury. This was just perfect amount of cardio movement and lifting! During the injury I was able to focus on my core and arms..so doing this I was able to up my weight! yay! THanks Chris!

I honestly hardly notice your mistakes because we all make mistakes and that's what keeps life interesting. this was my thursday cardio. Each time I think about switching from step to another cardio, a step and strength shows up. Those are my favorite!!
