Love the manner in which Dr.Santosh Jacob articulates each sentence slowly and thinks clearly before speaking..speaking slow and clear is an art which is slowly coming back into existence now... Ppl have long been tuned to speak fast and blutter out junk. Kalam sir was a perfect example of slow and thoughtful, clear communication which is also easy to understand. Good to see this practice coming back now.
Dr. Santosh Jacob & Ms. Ramya. Amazing interview. Ramya I am a vivid follower of your interviews. Keep up the great work. THANK YOU BOTH...!!! Loved Dr's response on Life Principle: Plan for the long term, but live each day fully. If you do something good today, aim to do it again tomorrow. If you make a mistake today, learn from it and choose not to repeat it the next day. Sukumar Paramasivam. Washington DC, USA.

Stumbled on to your podcast because someone sent the link and found some amazing conversations. Thanks much. Loved this episode and the one with dr. Fernando too. Unfortunately we have no access to TH-cam at home (just so my 10 year old doesn’t access it yet). Would be lovely to have these conversations on other podcast platforms like either apple or google podcasts too. Please look into that possibility… please…
Please Ramya akka,u both should do collab series on workouts ,would be the best thing for Tamil people who are unaware of the importance of fitness and strength training, and will be fun to watch too.there are very rarely a clear content or rather none available for elders to understand these things ,so please consider, make content on elders beginners strength training ,already made that request to dr Santhosh sir as well.❤❤❤❤❤❤ and love for ur work as always ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Excellent, covered physical as well as mind. Both are doing good work. Iam a lazy in personal front, but active in office. Really got Motivated, Will start work out immediately.

I didn't see your advantages of childhood obesity . But it is really a good one I guess.. I was obese till 22, it's after engineering I started to workout and diet.. and I'm nearing 40, I'm working out daily for past 15+ years, rested only during post pregnancy phase for some 3 days, lifting weights, gained so much knowledge on excercise and dieting, had 2 normal deliveries, no post pregnancy weight gain... Etc etc...
Why can't we bring in change..bcoz as a mother don't want to see children suffering from lifestyle diseases..we should completely stop packaged foods for them

Your shows are very good. Hope the BS shows disappear; they cause too much clutter.

Why after delivery (also normal) tummy fat doesn't go away? Can someone maintain toned body without weight or gym Trainings?
Why can't we bring in change..bcoz as a mother don't want to see children suffering from lifestyle diseases..we should completely stop packaged foods for them
160 to 200 gms protein? Isn't it way too much?
Why 600g protein?
Please give subtitles in English for the benefit of non tamilians
