5.0 out of 5 stars A good read. Well done Dave

This is a well put together story. Lots of seemingly unconnected plot lines all come together in a very satisfying conclusion.
    5.0 out of 5 stars A real page-turner

With this ingenious basis for a mystery story, D K Dickens has has come up with a plot that will keep you riveted till the last page. Unputdownable.
TH-cam comment: I've read it and really enjoyed it, a real page-turner. It's got everything, romance, gangsters, nasty big Corp, suspense all wrapped up in a great plot. You might know that a musician and guitar maker would also make a great author. Well done!

To fix the volume turning both pickups off, switch the hots coming from the pickups to the middle lug of the pot and wire the “top” lug to the tip out on the jack socket. In other words, just swap the non-grounded connections on the pots. Now each pot will only turn off the pickup connected to it.
It looks great and the tone sounds amazing considering it’s just coming through the mic.

Bass looks great Dave, I’m sure Jurgen would say that and more complimentary things
One little note the bass tuners have a little hole in the middle of the split section, you can cut the string and then stick the rest in the hole and tune up
But if what you’ve done works don’t change it 🤞🏼

Dave, that’s ace. Both looks and sounds fabulous. That’s a good idea with the split shaft pots. I usually position the retaining screw directly into the split which works well, but I do like the idea of a shim. Anyway, great job!

Hi Dave... re controls, Personally i would have had a blend control for pickup selection, and a master volume. MInd you I would also have a low pass tone control as well, but that would mean another pot. But the bass looks great, and glad to see my trepidation about strength of the body were unwarranted.
