In this panel discussion, Dr. Ian Billinghurst is joined by Dr. Nicole Rous and Dr. Amaya Espindola to kickoff the summit as they share what to expect from the Raw & Natural Feeding Summit and openly discuss how feeding your cat or dog a species-appropriate, raw food the right way - is nutrition as nature intended for your pet.

It's great to know that about cats, I was worried that by giving her variety it was causing an issue. She does have her days that she wants fish (smelts) or meats (chicken, pork, beef) cooked. I'm trying to transition her to raw but struggling 😕

I’ve been looking forward to this summit, my dogs are Westhighland White Terriers… skin issues, but not with the 2 I have now. They are so healthy from eating raw, their snacks are vegetables and chicken hearts… I’m here to learn more for my babies lol.. thank you

it's one year that i'm trying to transition my cat to raw but she prefers cooked meats and is so picky. Is it ok to give pets homemade bone broth?

My cats are 17 years old and they have eaten raw for 16 years. Everyone mistakes them for very young cats. There body condition and muscle tone are amazing and there blood panels consistently leave allopathic vets baffled

Skeptical... raw food can be so dangerous in the US, since we don't irradiate it as we do in Europe..... I still recommend boiling for now

There have been far, far more recalls of kibble in the US than raw foods.

Those are fear mongering words that have no basis on facts.

@@blenderbenderguy I don't condone kibble, but natural foods can be put in BOILING water to retain nutrients. Don't put them in cold water and then boil them, because that will seep out the nutrients (like in soup)

Dog’s digestive tract is very short, so not enough time to putrify, also the stomach acid is a 2 on the ph scale, battery acid is a 1,

@@lynnlassen6649 my personal experience as a human, sometimes when I am slightly constipated, eating meat moves things along....don't know why
