    Interesting, thank you, while this seems more broad in application than general laser therapy, can it replace it?

    • @sathya999
      @sathya999 22 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Not the same in most cases...I mean there are lasers for $50 up to tens of thousands of dollars with vastly different specs. Then some cold lasers pulse, and others offer different frequencies in addition to the IR/Red/Violet lights. In the 1940's a man named Dinshah developed a system of colored light application called spectrochrome, which was very helpful for many until the FDA shut it down. One can still get the book and the gels to be able to use this therapy.

    My youngest dog has some touch sensitivity issues. I was advised by a trainer to just force her by continuing to rub until she stopped protesting, but she very quickly switched from being vocal to nipping us to get us to stop. She couldn't take it. I said no, we're not doing this anymore. I started reconditioning it by rewarding one tolerated stroke with a treat, and building up one stroke at a time. Now we can love on her quite a bit before she gets overstimulated....but I still have to keep in mind that petting is not rewarding to her. I've also found that introducing AIC buttons has really helped her with some frustration issues she's had. I taught her a few basic things and the concept of now, soon, and later. Now if she asks for food before I can feed her, for example, I can tell her "food later" and she understands and doesn't feel like I'm just ignoring her or not getting it.

    If you are starting out a feeding routine with a new dog, old dog or cat these courses are extremely valuable. Dr. Ian has lined up a several well experienced veterinarians that have a wealth of information for helping your pet to live healthier and longer lives. You will save more money too. Once you get your pet on feeding real food, your pet won't have to be running to the vet for itching, stomach , or many other issues that pop up. I have seen and heard with my own eyes the difference it makes feeding real food. Don't be afraid. Transition slowly. The information will guide you with the necessary concerns. Thank you Pet Summits for everything you have done to save our pets!

    I dont understand why everyone says "bone broth" and not mentioning that this could be a HUGE issue if your pet has allergies, leaky gut, systemic inflammation, MCAST. Its super high in Histamine and might make your pet feel really sick.

    but how do we fix it? My dogs diet is in order (fresh home made), I myself deal with health issues so his environment is and has always been clean same with water, no pesticides. I feel so stuck and frustrated. how can i possibly find the root cause? there no "GI MAP" typ tests for dogs and no holistic vets in my country. I have so little energy because im sick( leaky gut, candida, hpylori, lyme and co-infections), im stressed out over my dog and have 2 MASSIVE projects trying to research what to do for the both of us to heal and dont even know were to begin, feel like all the easy stuff people always mention are crossed of the list!

    I'm certainly not qualified to make statements, but I really wonder about people saying their dog has an allergy to certain foods. Is it a true allergy or an intolerance? Might sound like semantics, but it's an important point. People seem to use the terms interchangeably. A cobra is a venomous snake, but if you want to chomp down on one I'll guarantee it won't poison you! When I first began switching my dog (Kelpie pup just coming up 9 months) to raw, he did have an issue that seemed to be related to feeding him raw chicken. I cut that out of his diet for a couple of weeks and then tried him with some again. He has no trouble with it now. I came up with the hypothesis that it wasn't an allergy or even a true intolerance. Dog was raised on kibble before he came into my life and he had horrible gastric issues. My thinking is that his gut bacteria were mostly species that feed on carbohydrates, and his gut flora couldn't deal with the switch to majority protein.
