Also Noah’s Ark was a barge, not ship. The proponents of this site avoid the counter evidence! I believe in Noah’s Ark, but the chances are extremely slim this is it. It was actually first discovered in the 50’s I’m pretty sure. One of our spy planes took the pic and this was after the earthquake that exposed it and since it was in soviet airspace where we took the pic we had to classify it so soviets couldn’t see we had spy planes in the area.

    • @plainsman
      @plainsman 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You mean the narratives supported by mountains of empirical evidence? Just for starters, there is abundant evidence that there was never a global flood to begin with. Such a flood would leave behind evidence contrary to what we see. For instance, why is there no evidence of a flood in ice core series? Ice cores from Greenland have been dated back more than 40,000 years by counting annual layers, and Antarctica cores go back 420,000 years. A worldwide flood would be expected to leave a unique layer of sediments, noticeable changes in salinity and oxygen isotope ratios, fractures from buoyancy and thermal stresses, and a hiatus in trapped air bubbles, yet no such evidence exists.

      A god may be real, compared to ancient humans. We would all be considered God's back then if we have today's technology.
      A god that abandons half the world because they never heard of him is a god I would not follow. I believe that entire part of "1 true god" is part of man made adaptation to what really happened.
      I think there were many gods (highly advanced aliens) for each part of the world. To help humanity survive a predictable fire and flood that occurs millenia apart. As well as help promote good qualities that could help humanity grow. Most religions are based in good qualities helping human society progress.
      I also think the ark, and pyramids are related. Pyramids seem perfectly designed to survive massive tidal waves that could have covered the earth. People could survive for a very long time inside a pyramid while waters deplete. It would explain why pyramids on opposite sides of the world have exact same designs and dimensions to scale built thousands of years apart.
      The theory of a tenth planet on an elliptical orbit would cause the fires described and floods described. Also could reverse poles and switch the currents in the ocean, which is proven to happen though we don't know why.

      Apparently during times of great catastrophes, such as the floor, it was not noahs ark that save the creatures but giant alien space arks all around the world, that helped the people. The creatures that were saved could look down on the earth and watch the disaster. The alien space ship had a system on board that speeded up time, so that the saved creatures did not have to wait forever for the earth to be livable again.

      I did some reasearch. 船 this word did not exist in Oracle bone script form, before that boat is merely written as 舟. The word 船 only start appearing around warring state period 战国时期 475 BCE (前475年/前403年), interestingly it is also about the same time a new branch of Chinese philosophy school of thought are born which is Mohism 墨家, their identity is largely unknown or debatable, some scholar has try to link it to being the Jewish ancestor who fled the Babylonian captivity around 598/7 and 587/6 BCE. So it is entirely possible they have a boat that reach China, nothing biblical about it in my opinion. So assuming they are indeed the Jew, then it is quite funny the moment they reach China, it became a warring period then shortly after Qin Shi Huang happpen 221 BCE :D

      That is the part "they" can't answer.
      They only focus on the word "earth." Was God describing a global event or a regional event? Was Noah's interpretation of God's request absolutely correct, or is it even relevant at this point? Were parts of God's word lost in translation over time?
      Regardless, a massive vessel for that time period was built, and well before the massive flood that God told Noah would be coming. That is the part "they" can't explain and do not want to focus on.

    The "Ark" just needed to float, it didn't need a rudder for steering. It didn't need a classic bow like a boat or ship. Also, a squared-off, oblong box has more volume for storage opposed to a tapered bow. Did the ark have sails??? A sharp bow is for cutting through the water. Then why did the epic of Gilgamesh tell the story of Utna Pishtim over 2000 years before the Bible jacked the story and changed the name to Noah's ark? You're going to need something better than a clearly stolen story to convince people. Learn your history.
      Yes, a lot of the people and places named in the Bible are real. It doesn't mean all the stories are. Paul Bunyan was almost certainly a real man named Fabian Fournier. That doesn't make the whole story true.

    • @ramsey6839
      @ramsey6839 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @ZaneGeeting Here is some info that you can look up if you would like from a researcher this is not my work but information I read about:
      The Epic of Gilgamesh was written before Genesis was written down but after the events of Genesis took place, and both were after the event of concern, the Flood of Noah (per your tag), occurred.
      At least parts of the Epic of Gilgamesh were written by ~2100 BC, with the first complete version, the Akkadian version, dating from around 1300-1000 BC. See Wikipedia’s description of the history of the Epic of Gilgamesh. Genesis, along with the rest of the Pentateuch, in the timeframe of 1445-1405 BC. Related, the Sumerian flood story, the Atrahasis, dates to 1646-1626 BC.
      Since you tagged the flood of Noah, I will say that the most important thing in discussing the account of Noah’s flood, however, is not comparing when the Bible was written with when these epics were written. The important thing is that all of these flood stories came after the actual event happened. Noah’s flood occurred around ~2300-2400 BC.

Take a look at that one event which is proven in history and happened exactly how the Bible said it happened. To compare a Harry Potter book to the Bible is nuts especially when the Bible mentions kings and kingdoms that had not yet been discovered and that archeology denied existed until they were discovered. Archeology even denied that Pontius pilate was the prefect of judaea in that time even though the Bible had said who he was. Until they found proof again that said that very thing. I can go on and on

      @@ramsey6839 All works of fiction set in real places contain references to real people, places and events related to the story. Gone With The Wind is a total work of fiction, yet it mentions actual cities, battles, generals and other real-life events from the Civil War. Les Miserables is a total work of fiction, yet it mentions many real-life things related with the French Revolution. The bible is also a work of fiction, but it contains mentions of people, places and events that we know from many independent corroborating sources did indeed exist and happen. The supernatural events have no such independent corroboration. There is no evidence of Jesus walking on water, magically multiplying fish and bread, raising people from the dead, or anything to support stories of talking burning bushes, people turned to salt pillars, waters being parted on a big lake, people living to 900+ years old, an unseen entity producing the universe out of nothing, a talking snake in a nice garden, a man donating a rib to create a woman and so on. It looks like you have given this story some thought. If Noah had brought pairs of every species of animal onto the ark, there would be thousands of animals onboard. Everyday the animals would need to be cared for, feed the lions, tigers, elephants, giraffes, zebras, horses, grizzly bears, black bears, polar bears, bison, moose, panda bears, you get the picture. How could Noah’s family keep that many animals alive for months? On a cruise ship there are thousands of workers for thousands of guests, and a cruise ship has plumbing and kitchens, refrigeration, and the guests clean themselves, and get their own food from the buffet. At the San Diego zoo 3700 animals are cared for by 3000 employees. The zoo is larger than the ark, and the employees have machines, running water, freezers many different modern tools to keep the animals alive. So my question would be how did 100,000 species of animals survive for months on board a boat, being cared for by one family? I bet if Noah had the Harmony of the seas at his disposal and only 2000 animals, most of them would die.

    Um, gullibles, Mt Ararat is an active volcano that has erupted several times in the last millenia. The ark landed in the mountains of Ararat (mountain chain), not ON Mt Ararat itself. This picture is not a boat, it is a geological formation. Do your homework. Also, there are over 350 flood stories around the world and pyramids in some shape or form on every continent except Antarctica.

    Gopher wood is not a kind of tree but a process of layering and gluing wood like our plywood. Pitch is not tar as we use which is a byproduct of the flood like oil and coal. God asked Noah to use pine resin Today,we call it epoxy resin, which is used to make bulletproof glass. Epoxy resin is waterproof, lightning proof, fireproof, and even acid proof for up to a year.
