@@AgnesMann just for curiosity, if you can afford that much ; why you didn't choose to settle in metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore .
In case you love both nature and lifestyle then Dehradun (Pacific golf estate) would have been much better in my opinion. Many such property in dehradun.
By the way Indore ( being a cleanest city is also somewhere acceptable 😂😅).

@@gauravkr4857 the quality of life in Indore seems better to me than Delhi (gave me breathing issues in just 2 days) and mumbai (city of slums / hawkers / autowalas).
The quality of restaurants / roads / apartments / city layout is much better than south bombay (had a office in nariman point).

Great to see calcutta once again, the city is completely transformed and much developed. Calcutta was not that developed some 25 years ago. I was born and raised in calcutta. Actually I am southern part of India which is cochin and the thecity is in Kerala. Well you both and kids should come to kerala, in terms of nature.

Thank you so much! The pool is really good as kids go pretty much every Evening when it cools down as they too love swimming. This was one thing we had to have in the complex. We will come visit Kerala too just at the moment we are in Kolkata and travelling up the country before we come down. Xx sending my love to you and family

Jash's friend helped us with this flat. we just had to sign the contract and move in.
You can find Induction stove easily but Gas works better with rotis and papadam kind of stuff where you need direct flame that is why people prefer gas stove in India. Enjoy your new place :)
thank you. I was able to cook rotis on Induction hob as well. To be honest i have gotten used to gas now so it's ok

The flat was partly furnished, We had to buy a Fridge, washing machine, TV and aqua filter. I do hope they will visit. my mother has a fear of flying.
