Different doesn't mean weird. In this community, women don't dress up for Purim, that's why you don't see many in this video. Girls do, however, and you'll see many in this video it you watch carefully!
@@JohnHarvey_UK from what i see and understand women are there but to extent need to look after children and stay sober. its also modesty as women are discouraged from drawing attention to themselves and their actions
