Love it and will discuss with my provider next month on my next visit. I monitor blood pressure daily. Keep up with my log and heart health application in my iphone. I am normal with my potassium level.

I always read the 5 drinks on one of the videos and my favorites are lemon water, black coffee and green tea in which I alternate every third day within the seven days cycle and it works.
