    Saw your first video today on bile. Having chronic diarrhea, I knew to take the bile after a meal, not realizing that I ought to wait an hour or two after that meal to take it. Soooo, I ate my lunch……..went to get gasoline , to fill up and promptly had diarrhea all over the gas station parking lot, came home, got cleaned up ………and am now waiting for two hours until I can take the bile. SURE hope that this trick of waiting will kick in and help me to stop having liquid poop run down my legs, into my shoes, and all over public places SOON. Had my gallbladder out years ago and never had any issues until 3 years ago, and……this is getting sooooo tiring !

      HI @Carol Cole, yes, it's very common for a person to not have any symptoms right after having their gallbladder surgery and that is why they never think the removal of the gallbladder is causing their chronic diarrhea issues. It is true that some things take time. But if you're having loose stools, adjusting the ox bile dose or timing can help. Your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. In that free course there is an entire page of videos for someone who has lost their gallbladder and those will help you figure out the right adjustments to make to figure out what is going to work for you. The course can also help you figure out if there are any other imbalances that could be contributing to the loose stool issues. It's not always just one cause. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
      Come back and let us know how it goes.

      @@KickItNaturally Thank you. I will consider it. However, let me say that it took…….50 years…….from the time my gallbladder was removed before I had any kind of diarrhea issues occur ! So, I did wonderfully for a mighty long time. Thanks.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, for a lot of people, they won't have any trouble because enough bile will still flow into the intestinal tract enough to neutralize the acids. Or, if the body isn't making enough acid, the lack of acid will match up with the lack of bile flow and the stool will move at a normal pace. There are a lot of variables. But when stool is loose, there is a reason. This video explains other possibilities too: th-cam.com/video/HUw3NuPGswI/w-d-xo.html

So, I will be upfront and say that paying $94.00 and $57.00 For two bottles of something to try is a little bit ridiculous, in my personal view. I have had 'nocturia' for about 2 years. Doctors says it's OAB. They gave me tablets but i haven't taken them. My peeing at night frequency has improved generally though, but i do still have it. Now, i wake up about 3 times a night and each time i wake up, I feel pee in my bladder, but I only really need to go once or sometimes twice. I don't have an urge to go, even though i feel pee there. I can go back to sleep without peeing. So I'm waking up 3 times per night, sometimes twice and feel pee in bladder each time, but i can ignore it as it's not a strong urge. Is this strange?

      I totally agree about NOT taking the medication because all it's going to do is trick the body into thinking everything is fine until one day " out of the blue" you're diagnosed with some horrible disease. You're body is always trying to let you know there's a problem, but all doctors do is turn off the warning signals. It's scary how if the check engine light comes on in someone's car they will move heaven and earth to figure out what's wrong but when it comes to the only body they're ever going to have they just take a ungodly amount of medication, in essence turning off their bodies check engine light and expect everything to be okay. Well turning off the warning lights in your car results in needing a new car. Turning off the warning lights in your body results in needing a new body, and good luck finding one 🤔

      @@srobeck77she's very intelligent, because she's not listening to doctors who are a one trick pony. I have one of the socalled best health insurance and can afford any tests I want done. I've gotten far more benefits from TH-cam doctors than my socalled real doctor who only milked my insurance for all they could get and after that was less than useless and even had the nerves to suggest I should see a psychiatrist after I asked him if all my tests say I'm healthy why do I feel like crap. Do you really think most of us would be here if our "real doctors" were helping us. 6:23

    If ur leaning to far on the anabolic side, how come u have trouble gaining muscle mass feeling like ur in a catabolic state?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      It's possible to be leaning too far on the anabolic side, but still not bringing in enough resources for the body to build tissues. If you can't break protein down into amino acids, you can't build muscle. Your body may also be dealing with some other burden that it's putting all of its resources towards. Here's a podcast where we talk about that more: kickitnaturally.com/trouble-gaining-weight/

    I've had this issue pre and post prostate radiation treatment. I thought it would disappear after I was "cured" of my prostate cancer (3+4=7 Gleason score, Intermediate, favorable, curable. So, 4 months out after the last of 28 treatments, I still pee at least 4 to 5 times a night....however, it's a lot of pee. I've got a long trek to the bathroom, so I have a standard pee bottle they use in the hospitals next to my bed, and by morning the thing is full to the brim. So, is it possible my body has some edema and when I sleep at night (with my CPAP) that my cells are releasing all the fluids in them and the kidneys are processing that all night....it's gotten to be routine for me now, but, I'd love to have one night where I don't get up to pee.

    When we are flushing our body fluid just drink more water at about 4 hours before sleep time so that during sleep some of our body fluids are released already, our sleep will not be affected.

      Hi, I'm not a doctor and don't give any type of advice about medications. But if you pee a lot with volume, my suggestion would be to do the things I talk about in this video that I see work with my clients. If you pee frequently, but not a lot comes out, this video could help: th-cam.com/video/OQMpd3fYBuA/w-d-xo.html

    This is all about the next video, there is no suggestions on natural treatment but to do your course. Total fraud !

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you pay attention to any of the videos, most explain that the answer is not going to be the same for every person because the underlying cause will be different for every person. So if you want to find real answers, you need to learn to look at your body to figure out what the underlying cause is for you. We teach how to do that in our FREE course. I also teach it in my book, that I allow people to download for FREE. If you're not willing to do the work, that's okay, but seems like you are confused about what fraud means.

      Sounds like you're looking for someone to deliver you a 30 second video with a remedy that will only work for 10% of the people who try it. That's not what we do here. Since just about every health issue can have 4 or 5 different underlying causes, We like to teach people how to look at their body chemistry to figure out the underlying cause that is creating it for them. That will always take more effort, but if a person is willing to do the effort, they can actually fix the problem instead of jumping from remedy to remedy. If a person is afraid of effort, this is not the right channel for them.
