    I prefer doing 90 min one which has all. And relaxation is really good when one gets so tired. But it is hard to have that much time every day. So this is perfect 🙏

    In the book Companion to Yoga, there are two techniques- Corpse posture and final relaxation. What is the difference? How much time to do each? Which one to do first?

      Hi Abhishek, corpse posture is savasana - the posture itself. Final relaxation is a technique/method for relaxing in that posture. So you actually do final relaxation in the corpse pose/savasana. It is typically done for 12 minutes at the end of a 90 minutes Sivananda Class and about 8 minutes in a 60 minutes however. It can just be practiced independently also - 20-30 minutes.
