I can't believe how much I love this stupid transformer that essentially transforms into a box. I just like seeing what figures I can put in it and I find the aesthetic of this cybertronian mode more appealing compared to more recent cybertronian vehicles that are just super futuristic concept cars. Just being a floating box (that also kinda looks like the Star Tours vehicle from Disneyland) has a certain old school charm to it. The same goes for origins Bumblebee and Jazz. I want more designs like these.
Just got this little guy today and he does indeed go well with Jazz and Bumblebee... I agree that it would be nice to get other transformers in their Cybertronian modes... I wonder what the Dinobots would look like...Thanks for another entertaining review.....
Picked him up at target, got the last one ON SALE for 24n some change and also picked up silverbolt for the same price. Not a huge beast wars fan but its a really bice fugure andlooks BADASS!!
Love this figure, he gets to use as many panels as he wants! The shield wings are so goofy that I hope Hasbro forgets they ever rendered him that way though lol
I'm going to put the three origins figures on the shelf opposite the rainmakers. (Yes i realize those weren't the seekers from the pilot but they're the only cybertronian seekers i have after selling off all the others)
If you ask me The best one out of the three is Jazz because he isn't very kibbly, he actually looks kinda normal I think this one and bumblebee are too kibbly so i probably wont pick this one up Great review tho
It looks like he has power armour on kind of like a Powermaster Optimus or Ultra magnus cause the head and chest plate look smaller but proportional. I wonder if they contemplated a version like Ratchet and Ironhide G1 that had a detachable sled to slim down the robot mode? Maybe that's a future idea for some 3rd party. It's impressive the way they did it I really like his vehicle mode.
I wanted to like this figure. But, damn... He's got all the kibble! Back kibble, arm kibble, leg kibble... They shouldn't have tried to stuff a Voyager budget into a Deluxe size.
I love your show man but some of your comments worried me a little. You want to see more characters in their cybertronion modes..... We got nearly every characters' Cybertronian mode in the Siege toy line. That was the whole point of Siege. The whole point of the origins sub-line was to get the three main characters from season one that didn't get a siege toy. Optimus, Megatron, the seekers, soundwave all those guys got a Cybertronian mode in Siege.
Siege gave us some versions of Cybertronian modes. But the seekers looked like Colonial Vipers from BSG (not say they aren't cool... they are). I would love to see something close to the original cartoon. I love the Siege line, but it's not G1 cartoon style.
to be fair 90% of the siege vehicle modes were just pretools for their earth modes. the seekers were barely tetrajets, the sideswipe mold was just a Lamborghini without licensing and stuff like wheeljack had literally their earth modes in siege
@@ToySpotlite I’m pretty sure Tetrajets are too pointy to pass modern safety standards. Some were retools sure, but not the main cast. If anything Earthrise was hurt more from the retooling than siege. Guys like Mirage and the recently released hound have some particularly wonky bits due to missing siege parts. I would also argue that we don’t need the flying saucer aesthetic for it to be considered cybertronian. A van is a van on any planet, as are sports cars, etc.
you can add bumblebee's energy rods on the side of wheeljack too.

7:06 those are his guts? It’s still protecting his body, that shield.
I'll buy it...because he's my fav transformer he's ITALIAN like me! Not Pablo! And Bumblbee can fit inside him(shut up Logan)...cool!

Love this figure.
You got SS86 Blaster? What do you think of him. Will you be doing review of em?
I have to check. Just got a bunch. Likely do a versus against the previous one.

I wish the backpack was removable.
Parts forming good idea.
@@thespaceram2879 worked for me with that Arcee figure.
If it was it would be worth buying it
Like gears i have never seen him in any store
I just cant find him in my city yet

@mothman20 Exactly
Some yeah, but Siege Prime is just perfect as a kinda G1 cybertron vehicle. Maybe a slight retool that remove the truck roof lights?😊

I don't have him yet but i see alot of ppl crying over it .. keep crying ill buy 50 of them lol
50 to hoard in the bed room of your house?
I don't like shell formers they're just a cop out of engineering.
It does work for Wheeljack here and I don't mind it due to his cybertronian mode.
