Ingredients
1 pack pasta
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
3 pimento peppers
1 carrot grated
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup evaporated milk
cheese of your choice I used white cheddar, and gouda(reserve some for the top)
Creole seasoning
garlic powder
2 eggs
