But moving to a new country can be stressful, especially when you're cramming everything into a car (think: Tetris masters!). Enjoy your stay in Greece but, for Greeks Macedonia is only one and is part of Greece. And this because in Ancient Macedonia were greeks, speaking greek, greek names etc etc etc.

Hey guys, all good all fine but this countrys name is North Macedonia, if its Macedonia at all……… They have NOTHING to do with the ancient greeks! They were very LUCKY to be given this name due to bad politics in Greece a few years ago ! Before they were FYROM and that’s what they are… They were given the name for free !

For the record, yes, ancient greeks of course lived in these northern areas but that means nothing! You obviously understand that there weren’t borders 2500 years ago and remaining ancient greek ruins are found even in India

We didn't realise that before the trip😅 we only had our UK sim cards that we couldn't make work in time. There's definitely options out there if you plan ahead!

I am actually from the UK originally and lived in London for 9 years before i came to Canada so I completely understand your UK reflections as well as Greek reflections :) so we are moving from Calgary to the east coast of Canada for a quieter life. Slowly getting closer to Greece...I'm working on my wife with moving to Crete 😏😉

@@Sunpire 🤣 I like your philosophy about if it doesn't fit it is not essential!! Haha. We made it to our first stop after 7 hours of driving. Canada is too big!! Haha. We packed the car earlier today and the suitcases didn't fit, then I remembered from your video that you turned your suitcases on their side to pack more. That was a great tip and helped us fit more. Thank you!! Thanks for your wishes...it will not be until next Thursday that we will arrive at our destination 🤪. When we make it to Crete for holidays, we will all have to meet!!
Everything will fit, you just have to try harder, push harder 🤣🤣. Of course we will have to meet here in Crete.
