Back in the late 80's we wandered into a wine warehouse somewhere near Allen Bradley--you know, da Sout-side. This was my introduction to wine. I was a pup searching for ever drier rose's. Flash forward, and we find ourselves in Oregon Wine Country enjoying the heck out of a scene created by uncompromising hippies who respected their French elders who had developed the Pinot Nior.
I work at a wine bar in the Midwest and didn’t have a vast knowledge of wine. We were given some really good training/education at a very basic level. I appreciate this content to help me personally and professionally. Easy to digest and not an overwhelming amount of information at once.
This channel should be more popular. This is fantastic advice.
Thank you :)

Is your wife a rock star? How does a sommelier afford such a beautiful place?
That’s kind but it’s just a Chicago apartment on the 3rd floor with good natural light ☀️
@@slikwinesHa! I'm new to the channel and I love the content. I'll be in Madison next week to escape the Alabama heat so keep it cool up there!
