Honestly, your face looks great. Your face looks feminine & soft (if that’s what you were going for) it’s a great face. Don’t beat yourself up over it cause it is very pretty!

I had the jaw surgery 30 years ago as a teenager. Those feelings you described about your bottom lip and chin, I am still experiencing that weird feeling/numbness all these years later. At this point, it is safe to say that the feeling will probably never come back. It is fine. It does not negatively effect me in any way. Having the surgery was the right thing to do.
I had the surgery in 2007 and I never got full feeling back in parts of my lower face. It's a very odd sensation, as you know. I was told that if you don't get it back after a year, you won't get it back. Seems to be true. :/

I'm really noticing the swelling going down. I'm so glad you're doing this series still, I'm actually going this Thursday for a consultation to see if I'm going to also do this same surgery. I'm nervous, but your vlogs have really made me feel better and more comfortable/confident about the whole thing!
To be honest, although you looked great before surgery, I think you look even better after.

The speed thing is life changing. I had to record role plays for my counseling degree and then write out everything I said. I couldn’t stand listening to myself for an hour every time I needed to write, so speeding it up helped so much!

I really like your content and you inspired me to start my channel!
With the speed in Final Cut Pro, you do not even need to put in the timeline, you can just press "L" on the keyboard while you watch it in the library and the it is faster, when you want to have it even more faster you just have to press the "L" again.

Re: no B roll for an investing video, you’re definitely right and it’s kind of like what Graham Stephan was talking about when you were on his podcast...he’s able to churn out videos really often because his style of videos or more “sit down and talking” type. You could experiment with that!

Unrelated to this video I know but I have figured out something about the youtube algorithm. Up until a week ago I would never see car and truck ads but I started googling a bunch of local auto sales web sites and spending a bit of time on them and now almost every ad I see on youtube since then has been ads now matter what day or what time or what channel including this one. So what ads run on your videos also depends on what the viewer has been googling.
Ok, final cut speed tip - J K & L (especially L) keys. Keep tapping L and it keeps speeding it up. The others slow it down or move the playhead backwards

Hey Shelby! Did they tell you about the “buttons” they cement onto your teeth? I was in shock that they cemented sharp spikes on most of my teeth. My front teeth even had multiple spikes! I was really disappointed that it wasn’t a see through retainer and instead is a hard chunky thing that hooks onto your spike brackets. Also you have to wear them 22 hours a day and can’t eat or drink with them in. Afterwards you need to brush, floss, mouthwash and clean your Invisalign.
Oh and you may have a lisp for awhile but you’ll adapt quickly!
That being said it definitely works! But I had no idea I’d have huge spikes on my teeth for years! Wish you the best!
Well These Spikes are there to move your teeth. Without them the aligner wold not work as good as it does with them. Every dentist decides on how big they are themselves so some prefer bigger some smaller and they definitely are not supposed to be sharp. my mom has super small ones so I’m sorry to hear that yours are giant.
Was the taco shell made of cauliflower or a normal taco with cauliflower in it?

Just watch your surgery recap on your main channel, and your face looks way much better after the surgery than before, you can also hear your speech is better.

I think I might need to have a jaw surgery. I have a couple of questions if u could kindly answer.
1. When you wake up straight after the procedure. What does your mouth and jaw feel like? (What’s the first thing you feel when you open your eyes)
2. How bad is the pain and what type of pain is it?
3. Is it proper hard to breathe couple of day after the surgery
If anyone with this kind of experience could answer my questions. I’d be so grateful. I’m quite skeptical with getting it done.

I'm a little concerned about the upcoming blog about Tesla. We've had a model 3 since they came out and we love the shit out of it. It's the greatest car we have ever owned and we've owned BMW, Mercedes and Range Rover.

looking at your scan its not to weird that you feel stiff in your nose and upper jaw under the nose. it looks like they changed something there and put in plates?
