at 63kg lifting 64 total kg of weight in jerk
I could go on and on about his technique and how it works very well for him but that would be a subject for much longer video.

I've been working intensely on my clean & jerk and this tip really helped thank you !
Very welcome .Mr Benidze is incredible
IS Very good!
World class.
He has very short arms, that helps a lot.
I believe he himself is shorter in stature. His elbows reach his hip crest which means he has either a shorter torso as well. But anyone can move faster in the under squat
@kettlebellmusclegain yeah I'm 5'5-5'6 with a 5-1 wingspan and my elbow is not that low when I press over my head compared to his. Likely short torso and arms.
@juliawilliams1355 yeah I have a long torso and shorter humerus. . will never reach my hips for a good rack. I have competed often in LC but physically better at snatch as anyone can do that
Aren't those 2x28s? So, 56kg total, not 64kg?
Not dissing him or you, just pointing out a possible error...Doesn't take anything from him even if it is 2x28s...!
2x32kg is professional level. That's what he has

@@kettlebellmusclegainAnd at that level, the KBs are pretty colour-coded, like most competition KBs.
I made my comment cuz the colour of the KBs seemed to be orange to me (i.e. 28kg) and not red (i.e. 32kg)............but that may be due to various issues (reflections changing the colour a bit, colour/hue settings of the video/clip, my monitor, my eyes' idiosyncratic sensitivity, etc...)
P.S.: Thanks for the orig. video link!
Absolutely
They look orange to me to. But, I'm going to have faith in Joe.
