Thanks for the beer mail this year buddy I’ll definitely try and reciprocate next year as planning on getting a bottling gun finally . I love my inkbird thermometer. You can’t have too many gadgets that’s what I say anyway. That is a great looking capper fantastic. I’ve just finished editing my Christmas/new year video out New Year’s Day if all goes to plan. Nice one Pat, enjoy the beers. Have to say, I cant think of anyone else who uses a cooling coil in the fermenter so you're blazing a trail for me. I painted my floor in summer 2023 and already it looks badly in need of another coat. There may be a better solution out there so if you can find it and let me know I'll be all ears. Happy new year!
I used to love to brew club meetings but ours meet on tuesdays and with work I cant get to them regular, but they are all good people and like minded its good to talk to about stuff without them looking confused.
