I just purchased my second dji RTF..the first was the flip switch and it took about 9 days from order to delivery. I just placed my order for the dji footy on June 10th. Im hoping for a quicker turn around this time but was informed theyre at the IO so it may be delayed.....customer service has been very helpful to manage my expectations. I love five33 and their products...they may havr a few kinks in turn around time but i believe will be smoothed out as the company grows. I will continue to have faith in five33 and purchase the best products in racing and fpv IMO....cheers
The triple plug and binding actually saved the elrs bind phrase into the rx. Going into WiFi mode isn’t needed unless you need to update the RX which you most likely need to do to match the TX
This is super interesting! I was under the impression when using the Tripple plug method it did not load the radios bind phrase on. If that’s the case, then can totally remove that step which is awesome!
I ordered a tiny trainer around a month ago and you guys don’t always test before you ship mine no way was tested there was wires disconnected from receiver and vtx plus the receiver (tbs) was bad when I received it I’m commenting this so it gets back to Evan hopefully cuz I feel things get skipped now customer service was awesome I received a full refund two thumbs up for that
Im glad you were taken care of, I was given a full brief of the situation as it happened! I am 100 percent positive all drones are test flown before they are sent out, whether or not it was damaged in transportation, packing, upon delivery etc. I’m not sure but we will continue to build more robust systems to make sure this does not happen! I’m glad you were satisfied with your full refund and I hope you try one of ready to flys again in the future, they will only continue to get better. Thanks for your support of Five33!
