Check Out Chapung Sebali: A Luxury Resort in Ubud, Bali

Chapung Sebali is in the hills of Ubud, Bali, overlooking a tropical forest, and close to temples, rice terraces, and waterfalls, which draw people from around the world.
The private pool suites are about 850 square feet.
Inside, the living spaces are large, with an oversized bedroom and living room. Several suites have their own plunge pools, right off the bathrooms, with infinity views.
There are a few large private villas on site, each with a private pool and backyard.
Chapung Sebali’s building materials were chosen to blend into the surroundings. They include locally sourced materials, like native hardwoods, volcanic stone, and bamboo.
The landscaping also blends into the surroundings, mimicking the rice terraces nearby.
I loved seeing all of the on-site gardening, which is part of Guldsmeden's commitment to sustainability. They grow many of the herbs and vegetables served at the restaurants in the raised beds.
The infinity pool is immense. A large bar & restaurant runs along the entire length of the pool, with cabanas on the end.
The price of a stay at Chapung Sebali starts in the $200/night range in the off-season. Even during the peak summer tourist months, prices for rooms start in the $400 range.
It's a pretty amazing deal for a luxury resort in paradise!

A new place which I’ve become actually obsessed with is Pizza Cult in Ubud. Amazing food, great service, such a cute venue and really affordable. Also a great place to bring your laptop and work from!
