Honestly I think that its my favorite riff from everything I heard in music so far, its heavy, it begins with some dark ambience, gets kind of rock n roll and blends into an epic chord progression, you have this conversation between the low and high note parts, chord and note choices are absolutely brilliant, rhythm is outstanding, it fits the song perfectly and its somehow not too over the top, you can still have vocals and drums over it and they wont be drowned. All in all, an absolutely amazing riff, not even the best work from riffmasters like Tim Henson can compare, its just wow

I feel like mark is the best riff writer in periphery, but I think that misha is slightly better of a technical player and writes better solo’s, but everyone cuts it close to each other in this band which is what makes them so amazing
