Look like a custom pulley is in order to solve this problem. The pulley you are using has a set screw an a key way to hold is to a shaft an is looks like it to wide for the v belt the belt is running on the bottom of the v grove
Pulley should be the right size for the belt, 5L V pulley with a 5L V belt or at least it supposed to be. Wonder if a custom one would help? Also maybe a slightly larger pulley?

@@winfarms That's what I'm thinking as well, current one is 2", thinking maybe a 2.5" or maybe even a 3" might work.
