I’m yet to start the Grimm Troupe, been running all around the game completing the map and beating bosses, but soon enough I’m sure I’ll be part of that crowd
Its pinball and the physics are annoying af. The only thing stopping me from uninstalling when marmu comes on screen is the "boop, baboo, ooooooooooooooo"
Tbh, Sisters of Battle is fun as hell once you get their attack patterns memorized and find ways to either dodge or hit them while you’re dodging. It’s a good mix between hard as hell and fun due to how intense it is.
Pure Vessel is so challenging yet so fun while The Hollow Knight is arguably one of the BEST final bosses ever... It may be underwhelming in difficulty but holy fuck is it emotional...
I said it was overrated and i still think it is, but only by a teeny tiny bit. I also did it in radiant, and i completely agree, this battle is _awesome_
Pure vessel and sisters of battle are two of the best boss fights I’ve faced even outside if hollow knight. Difficult, but some much fun. Edit: When I said difficult I meant PV not SOB
I have no idea why I enjoy soul master / tyrant so much, the fights just flow well, patterns can be a little tricky but you get the hang of it fast, and one of the coolest moments from my first hk play through that stood out to me is when I somehow didn’t die throughout soul sanctum, accidentally stumbled across the boss arena, had no clue what was going on, and then saw the shadow in the background and my heart *pounded* it’s one of the moments that made me fall in love with the game

Grey Prince Zote shall forever be my favorite because he is simply built different His fight is pretty good. It’s Annoying you have to fight him so many times, but his movesets and stuff are actually fun to fight against and his battle soundtrack is pretty good. Pure Vessel is also just an amazing boss.
I love tiso so much and was very disappointed when he wasn't a boss, even though I knew he wouldn't make the cut, lmao. Im hoping for more lore about tiso in silksong--if it ever comes out LMAO--I love how cocky he is and was very sad when he died. Rip Tiso

I love Xero for his first appearance in the story line, he is, honestly, a really cool guy, and his words he spits out during the fight are just cool, even if he is, like, primitive as a boss

The hollow knight is my favorite boss. The music is the best in the game and the entire game basically builds up to the boss. It was easier than I expected but definitely the most fun
Pure vessel has great gameplay, great music, great balancing, great atmosphere, great story line, great lore importance, and is kind of a secret boss fight if you don’t find the godtuner in the junk pit. Can’t say the same for almost any other boss dights

Pure vessel is just the best fight in the game The meaning of this fight alongside the boss battle itself and the music makes it an amazing experience. There, we can see the Hollow Knight at its prime, with all the attacks that THK had but stronger, faster and more precise, making somehow the experience completely different but, at least for me, a lot better

I also prefer him over pure vessel. The whole game leads up to the fight, and you prepare for some big hard fight, but the fight is just... Sad. I want to go into details, but i think you already know how good this fight is. It's just wierd how the final boss is the most underrated boss.

Everything up to this moment has been leading up to this fight with a choice on your shoulders and either way it goes there isn’t a happy ending for either of you, just an ending.

The dung defender will always be one of my favourites...And definitely the white defender, even though there's no real big reward, it's always nice just getting secret dialogue (it was hell beating him five more times)
I actually love Watcher Knights. They're one of the few bosses that still make me struggle even when I've replayed hundreds of times. I beat them first try on a recent run on pure accident. I had no charms but gathering swarm and wandered into the fight forgetting to switch them and had so much fun. Watcher knights will forever be my favourite because I never get better. AND IT'S SO FAST

Marmu is a plain bad boss, and he randomly speeds up while bouncing and screws you over. The only good thing about the boss is that he’s cute
