Absolutely! There's so many honestly. Check out TH-cam channels like Western AF and Gems in VHS. They do live sessions of lots of indie country and folk artists and some really popular ones like The Lost Dog Street Band/Benjamin Todd. There are also lots of Red Dirt country guys like Reckless Kelly, Cody Jinx, etc that are really popular too, so you might check them out.

@Your Barista That's plain and simple. He infuses his songs with a mix of Texas blues, classic country, and Cajun soul to make really timeless tunes. It brings me back to the 50's era of country music. All of it reminds me of George Jones, Ernest Tubb, T-Bone Walker, Jimmy Reed, etc. His lyrics are always fantastic, and they're sure to tell a great story. I've also never seen someone make such original album covers as he does, as well. His music ain't for everyone, obviously. But for me, he's one of my favorites! “Take a look in my eyes, tell me what you see other than the bright blinking lights stretched out in front of me” I think that is such a clever way to say that you’re feeling empty or have no sole
If I heard this song without seeing the video there’s no way I would think it released in 2020. This has such a 1950s-60s vibe to it, and that’s a great thing to infuse with modern country music. The “underground country revolution” that’s going on with artists like Colter Wall, Tyler Childers, Zach Bryan, Sturgill Simpson, etc. is really incredible to see. The fact that Tyler Childers was nominated for a Grammy without even being played on mainstream radio is a testament to the fact that we, the fans and consumers, do have more power over the music industry (and all industries for that matter) than some would lead us to believe.
The honkey tonk piano I didn't know I needed. Smooth delivery Charlie. Genres Americans invented other than the disco "trap" music that's inescapably mundane now: country, blues, jazz, rock n roll, show tunes, hard rock, western swing, bluegrass, funk, punk, soul, lounge, torch songs, zydeco, alternative, American classical, etc. We invented them now let's reinvent them and resurrect them.

If this pandemic has a soundtrack, this song is on it.
saw him two months ago and did the meet and greet, very humble gentlemen and he can sure put on a great show!!
I always look forward to new postings by Charley. I'm looking forward to his forthcoming new album. I'm surprised at the number 12.8k in terms of subscribers. He's a very unique talent and I'm sure as he gets more exposure that number will climb. I'm in California and I hope to catch one of his shows the next time he's in California. Love his music and videos!! Very cool!
Agreed! Just found my way to CC a few days ago, but that 12.9 is gotta be about to go parabolic.
This album is available for pre-order on his site already.
Under $20 for The CD can't be best so I didn't hesitate.
@@TylerSnyder305 Thank you Tyler for your reply. I appreciate knowing I can pre-order it. Also, I'm an older guy and I honestly did not know that artists still sell --- "CDs.' I thought all music nowadays is digital and can only be listened to over the internet. I don't think CDs will be around much longer. Thanks Tyler!

He even offers most of his albums on vinyl as well.
@@TylerSnyder305 Wow, I did not know. Thanks again Tyler for your follow up and information. I appreciate it!
I don't like country music and I just heard of Charley last night. I'm shelling out $100+ next month to go see him live. He's a VERY talented guy, the kind of musician we never have very many of around at any given time. He's going to be a huge star very soon.
I've made this same comment on his other songs...this man can sing about anything & I'm listening! His whole body of work...simply amazing...country has a future & soul again thanks to Charley.
GOOD LORD is this amazing. I’ve just discovered CC, and he’s so unique and I appreciate the old country western nods.
This is definitely his best song to date in my opinion. It feels a lot like Faron Young’s version of “Hello Walls.” Good work
Ladies and Gentlemen, the one and only, the man... Charley Crockett
One of the best songs of the 21st century.
Charley is the real deal man I tell you.
This song is stuck in my head at work daily.
It’s the truth to life
Sounds like good ol real real song.
Hi y all from France!
The cinematography of this is a masterpiece
A nice camera anhthings good
Almost one million views!! The world is finally discovering the stunning music of Charley 🤠🙏
Brother, your music has become the official soundtrack of my life.
Man that voice...I just keep listening to his songs on repeat
The honkey tonk piano I didn't know I needed. Smooth delivery Charlie. Genres Americans invented other than the disco "trap" music that's inescapably mundane now: country, blues, jazz, rock n roll, show tunes, hard rock, western swing, bluegrass, funk, punk, soul, lounge, torch songs, zydeco, alternative, American classical, etc. We invented them now let's reinvent them and resurrect them.
This song is a warning from a wise man.
Damn! I wish I lived wherever this was shot. Great song too!
